Akhirnya aku pegi jmpe doc jgk. tiga obat aku kene makan! dpt MC 2 ari.
rupenye aku nye tonsil kene inflammation. aku pon tk sadar... doc cek baru tau.

mcm mane la aku leh demam ni. tk, aku tk main ujan. bgn pagi tadi rase bdn pnye la lemah. ingtkan sbb pnat, tapi bile nk tido balik lepas subo, panas pulak badan aku.

Fitness Assessment
This morning i went for the FA cos i'm getting myslf a personal trainer. FA is a series of test that will evaluate ure fitness level. I took at at sch since it's free.
Those tests are like measuring ure skinfold, ure waist-hip ratio, do as many push ups as u can, sit up for one minute, 3 min step up (kire mcm naik due tangge one leg at a time pastu turun balik using the leg u started) to measure ure heart rate and lastly the sit and reach to measure ure flexibility.
So how did i fare? I sux man!! the only thing worth mentioning is the B i got for sit and reach. the rest? KO man...
My fitness has really gone rock bottom. really low... i could do 40+ sit ups in one min two months ago but i manage to do only EIGHT just now!! how pathetic is dat??!??! 2 months of no exercise and this is the result!!
even my stamina has decreased. my score for that was average...110 beats in a min. that really sux man...and my push ups...well..i'm no good at push ups. only 19. as i said, i stop doing any exercise for the last two months including fasting month. except only for that one jogging day but wat good does dat make?
silat training resume tmrw. i really need to go to training man. but i dont wanna go tmrw. maybe next week...(haa ye, tangguh nye tangguh at last sampai graduate pon tk pegi training lagi)

It's too darn cold!

tadi sch start kol 8. aku bgn arnd 645am ah. bile bgn aku tngk lua tingkap, road basah. nmpk sah ujan ah smalam. so bile bgn sejok giler bab pnye. tahan2...
skali bile aku nk mandi je, jengjengjeng. what i dread came true. heater blm bukak!! heater pat rumah aku bangse kene bkk siang2 utk panaskan air, bkn on the spot pnye. so ape lagi. klw aku nk tunggu air panas, lambat ah pegi sch nnt, terpaksa la aku mandi sejok. bkk air, basahkan badan stakat basah. (part ni aku mcm nk pengsan sbb air sjok sangat!!) tutop air. sabun. bilas. gitu ah terosan sampai bros gigi. blm lagi klua bilik air. tepaksa pakai baju baru bkk sbelum mandi tu sbb sjok cam nk mamp. menggigil tkleh tahan. sampai mak aku tnye ape hal ngan aku.lol.

Appreciation of Life Sciences
life sains rox man. i'm having fun learning!
Ever heard of the genome project? It's a project to id evry single human genes in our system. about 3000. the project started in 1990 and finished in 2003.
Now, from wat my lecturer said, IBM and National Geographic are goin to do a new projct to discover human origins. as in who our forefathers are, when did they migrate to other countries etcetcetc. up until the first human being and how did he and she came about.
My point is........projct ni akan membuka mata dorg sume bahawa kite sume berasal dari Nabi Adam dan Hawa. Eventually, dorg mesti akan trace sampai situ dan dari situ, biiznillah, dorg akan sedar bahawa manusia dicipta dari tanah dan bukan menurusi evolusi. (yeah i know, i think too much)
Ust aku pat pergas pnah bilang die ade terbaca satu artikel ni psl manusia.artikel ni psl ade satu saintis ni die simpan kulit manusia ke hape ntah. die tk buat pape ngan kulit tu. lepas beberape mingu ke tahun kite tk ingt, kulit tu lame2 jadi tanah/debu/pasir. *dumdumdum....*

i decide to buy just acoustic rather than electric acoustic. i'm gonna play guitar as a hobby, not profession.

- I am really into guitar right now
- Cats roam NYP campus at night, you can't see even one of them in the day
- MSN Messenger keeps disconnecting on my pc that it's not even funny anymore
- I'm expecting...a laptop. Dad said he wants to buy one for me.
- I need a new handphone, really. My 6610 is barely alive. Crack screen and all...

it's about time i post sumtin here since Hari Raya...
Monday da start sch. blm belik buku. timetable da dpt da. wed cuti. fri tk de cuti. sehari suntuk sch. T_T
ok la. raye ni blh la thn. 1st day cam biase. klua ngan kluarge seblah bpk aku, pegi rumah makcik pakcik bpk aku. sampai rumah da nk dkt pukul 12 mlm gitu...biase2...evry year gini.
2nd day lak, bpk aku ingt tknk klua, skali kan, dgn kuase Allah yg maha Esa, bapak mertua (btol tk eja die?) pakcik aku yg tertua(seblah bpk) meninggal...Innalillahiwainnailaihiraajiun. lepas pegi melawat teros skali ah jln raye. pegi rumah makcik2 aku sblah mak, yg mane sempat pegi je.
as for today, well, tk klua nari. kire cam open house la tapi tk official..i think. org yg dtg pon blh tahan ramai. mainly makcik2 aku ngan pakcik aku nye kluarge (seblah mak).
duit raye aku blm kire, cam malas ah. lagipon tkot klw da kire nnt nk blanje lak:p blh la tahan bnyknye sampul aku dpt..Alhamdulillah~
