Hello Crafty Peeps,

Are you all ready for summer?  I can't believe the kids have finished school already!

This month our challenge theme is THANKYOU OR SYMPATHY and you can enter here

I've chosen sympathy with an image you might not usually associate with this theme - 'Two Ladybugs' from the set 'Butterfly & Ladybug'.  I wanted to use something different to normal and thought with just a hint of colour, this would work really well

Ching-Chou Kuik Digital Stamps Inspiration and Challenge Blog - July 2018

Thank you to all those crafters that entered last months' challenge.

To enter this challenge you need to use a rubber stamp or digital stamp (black-and-white/grayscale or partially pre-coloured). 
Just coloured in images are NOT allowed.
NO fully digital cards are allowed. 

 As mentioned anyone that entered that used an image from the Ching-Chou Kuik Digital Stamp Etsy Store would get a second entry into the draw.

 Every month there is an "Artist's Choice Award".  The winner of this award will be picked by Ching-Chou Kuik herself.  To be in with a chance of winning this award you need to use one of Ching-Chou Kuik's Digital Stamps from her Etsy Store for your card/creation.  At the end of the month Ching-Chou Kuik will look at all those cards/creations using one of her digital stamps from the Etsy Store and pick one winner that will get the "Artist's Choice Award" and will also get to pick 5 digital stamps of their choice from the Etsy Store.

Now is the time to reveal the name of the Guest Designer for August 2018.

As we've had a few months this year of no Guest Designer I have picked the two people that asked to be Guest Designers, Gale and AJ, to be our Guest Designers for August 2018.

I will be in touch with you both shortly with details of the challenge and to ask you to pick an image from the Etsy Store to use for your card/creation as a "thank you" for being the Guest Designer.

New release

 Today sees the arrival of a new image in the Ching-Chou Kuik Digital Stamps Etsy Store: 

  This image is called "Flutter Butterflies".

This is a grayscale image.

It is available in the Etsy Store for an introductory price of $2.50 instead of $3.50. 

 Hurry as this offer ends 10 July 2018.

A sad ..................... but happy day

 Today is a sad day for the Ching-Chou Kuik Design Teams.

 On the Blog Design Team Vannessa has decided to leave the Design Team after 3.5 years.

 On the Facebook Design Team we are sorry to lose Ann-Marie as Design Team Leader 

 as well as Lisbeth, Facebook Design Team Member.

We would like to wish Vannessa, Ann-Marie and Lisbeth well for the future and hope it is a happy, healthy and very crafty one.

With Ann-Marie leaving as the Facebook Design Team Leader I am going to take on that role alongside my role as the Blog Design Team Leader.

Despite the sadness we are happy to welcome some new Design Team Members to our fold.

Nelida will be starting on the Blog Design come on 1 August 2018.

 

 Anna and Susan will be starting on the Facebook Design Team on 1 July 2018.
