Hello everyone. I am getting caught up in the PTI 7th Anniversary festivities, and I have 3 cards to share today. My first card uses Delightful Dahlia Additions, and the color scheme and sketch shown above.
My next two cards are also for this week's Make it Monday #151: Drop Shadow Die Cuts, and they both use this sketch.
I hope I have time to play a few more times over the next couple of days. I am having trouble getting the color combinations to work with the sketches. Am I the only one?
That's it for me today.
Thanks for Visiting
SURPRISE
Today is Kara's birthday, and a few of us are getting together with a special blog hop birthday party. Kara has many friends out in the blogosphere (probably in real life, too). She follows so many blogs and always leaves words of kindness and inspiration wherever she goes. Her cards are always drop dead gorgeous--and her Friday Inspiration Files are some of my favorite posts to read.
So, what kind of a birthday party would be best for a gal like Kara?
Casual birthday?
Glamorous birthday?
American Sign Language Happy Birthday?
How about a very, very HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!
Happy Birthday Kara. I hope you have a wonderful day. Look at all the people that want to come to your party and wish you a happy birthday.
We are leaving for vacation at 5AM tomorrow, and I really should be packing. But, what I did instead is play around with my new Delightful Dahlia Additions stamp. Really? Yes. This card was super quick to make, and I used the sketch from this week's Fusion #14 challenge.
The patterned paper is Persnickety by Lily Bee, and the flowers are inked with SU Pretty in Pink, Real Red, and Hibiscus Burst.
OK, I am going to pack now. Really. Bye.
