While they were away a friend and I went to Dallas and spent the night. We got up and went to the temple and then did some shopping and eating before coming home! It was a great weekend for ALL!

Scout Campout
Jared took the boys this past weekend on a Scout Campout. They went to Texas, and as you can see, it consisted of 2 Boy Scouts, Nathan, Joshua, Nathan Otis, Wolf (our dog) and the leaders. They had a great time. They shot clay pigeons, climbed trees, went fishing, cooked over a fire, went boating, chopped down a tree (with yellow jackets....see previous post!), and stayed up very late and got up very early! They came home dirty, stinky, and tired, so I knew it was a success!

That picture cracks me up.....pretty small campout! Poor Louisiana folk!

Love your new layout! Do you get a lot done while the "boys" are away? I see however, that once they come home there are lots of tales to be told and your job as a mom kicks into full gear! Good luck. Scouting is great and love all that it teaches these boys!
