For my card tonight, I started by stamping my à la mode Rock Star on X-Press It blending card, and then colored her with my Copics. I paper pieced part of her guitar with some MME Lost and Found Rosy paper, which I also used on the rest of my card. I layered my main image with Wild Cherry, Sour Apple, and Black Licorice. My white is Sweet Tooth. I used the new Botanical Beauty Die-namics to create my flower, and I used the First Place Award Ribbon Die-namics for my sentiment. Under my main image, I used the new Vertical Greetings Die-namics. My embellishments are Black Vintage Seam Binding and Honeydew Twine from the Ribbon Carousel, and brads from Michael's.

She was stamped on X-Press It blending card, and then colored her with my Copics. I then paper pieced the bottom of her dress with some MME Lime Twist Life of the Party paper. My grass was created with the Fresh Cut Grass Die-namics from My Favorite Things. I also used the Sun Die-namics, with some Banana Split card stock. My image was layered with Sour Apple, Berry Sorbet and Fossil. I used more of the paper for the background, and the Dainty Lace Border Die-namics. My ribbon is the White Sheer Ruffled Edge ribbon from the Ribbon Carousel.

Well, that is it for me for now! Thanks for stopping by, and have a great day!! Be sure to check out what the other Crazies have created!!

For my card tonight, I started by using the new Ring Me Die-namics and cut out three: one with Melon Mambo, Orange Fizz, and Sour Apple. I then used different pieces of them to make my super colorful and FUN phone! I stamped the dial numbers on Sweet Tooth, and then lined them up to make my phone. I used Honeydew Twine from the Ribbon Carousel for my phone cord. I used the same card stock colors for all my layers, and then paired it with some Oh La La for Her paper from My Mind's Eye. My other ribbon is a mystery to me...it was in my drawer, and it's fabulous. LOL!! RCC38- Friends From the Start

Hey everyone, and welcome to this week's Ribbon Carousel Challenge. This week's challenge is a paper piecing challenge, which you KNOW I love!! We are being sponsored by one of my FAVORITE stamp artists, Torico, and her WONDERFUL Birdie Brown store.

I chose this ADORABLE image- Friendly Monsters, from her store...and seriously, I REALLY love it! I paper pieced my monsters with some MME Lime Twist Fly a Kite paper. I layered it with Sour Apple, Orange Fizz, and Hot Fudge. I followed this week's Sweet Stop Sketch, and added a sentiment from the There She Goes set, Puppy Love. To cut it out, I used SU Oval punches. My ribbon is Mango Vintage Seam Binding, and some yummy Brown Jute Twine. For the scallops, I used the MFT Simply Scalloped Medium Die-namics, and some brads from Michael's.

Well, that is it for me for now!! Be sure to head to the Ribbon Carousel Blog to see what the other girls have come up with!!
