Starting as I mean to go on.....

Well now the house is completely clean and de-cluttered I thought it was time to turn the 'de-cluttering'towards myself!

Having gone through every drawer and cupboard in the bathroom and kitchen and thrown away ANYTHING that was not as natural as can be I have been re-stocking with products that are!

Starting off in the bathroom-with some of my favourite goodies from a favourite company....

Look what arrived this morning...

 Ooh goodies to unwrap....

I love Liz Earle products....

If you have never used her range she now does little 'tasters'of things so that you do not have to buy something in a larger quantity that may not suit you-but having been a fan for a long time I stocked up on the goodies that I will use wisely and sparingly- probably cheaper in the long run than all the false economies I made last year buying products that I never used because I didn't like the smell!

Next on to the kitchen-if you read my blog you will know that I am a real foodie and I love to bake and cook- but following some health issues last year (that I will not bore you with) I decided that my diet and cooking methods could also do with some extra scrutiny...

 Armed with this reading matter- (both books are brilliant)-time to make some adjustments to what is already a pretty healthy diet ....

Continuing with lots of fruit and veg but with some added help from;

green tea-no more highly caffeinated black teas.

manuka honey-I don't use sugar much anyway but did use sweeteners-no more!

Rapeseed oil-we use olive oil a lot but decided to get some additional oils into the diet-this oil is delicious drizzled on soups and salads.

One or two supplements and some oil for the skin called Betty Hula,that I have been using since before Christmas and think is fab!

So with all this good stuff going in my body and on my body I am hoping for a Healthy and Happy 2012!

And wishing the same to you...

Warm Wishes,

Callie
