So this last weekend Brett and I decided to take a short trip to San Diego. We stayed with his friend Steve and his wife Lizette. It was a really fun trip. We didn't do a whole lot except eat. We were both pretty puffed up from all the eating by the time we left. We also went to the Mormon Battalion in Old Town. I knew of the battalion but I didn't know all the details. So it was really cool to see. Then we went to Coronado and La jolla. And Steve was our personal photographer.
It was short and sweet trip. Hopefully when Steve and Lizette come here we can take care of them as well as they took care of us.
This last thursday I was able to meet up with a couple of friends from sizzler days. I was so happy to see you guys. They both are amazing girls. These pics are from 99 we went wakeboarding. Maybe the only time I've ever been. Its because I couldn't get up.. So yes I'm a quiter.. But the picture of the wakeboarder is Erin. But also look at the mountains. Yep snow. It was march april or may..

ReplyDeleteI LOVED seeing you Roni. It was so nice to be with you. You really are such an amazing person. I feel lucky to have had those fun Sizzler years together (OK so not the Sizzler part, but the fun times part!) Brrr... looking at that water makes me cold right now! Maybe someday I'll have some time in Utah to kill and we'll do justice to getting together. Thanks again for coming over, breaking the appointment, so I could see you! Such great years, and you look as beautiful as ever!
