Some Answers To Old Dusty, Mouldy Questions Part I
Disclaimer: For leisure reading only, this is only from author's point of view with a slightly cynical undertone.
Maybe you've asked yourself this before, and had your own answers but i'm going to just put my own answers here..heh =p
Age Old Questions..if you ask me...or i ask myself..(more for guys..cause i don't know how some~ girls think)
Qn: Why Can't i find a Girlfriend..after so freaking long?
Well..there are several common possibilities if you DO want a girlfriend. 1) if you think you're very yandao or possess certain qualities that if you hit on a friend she'll fall in love with you...most probably you're NOT that if you still don't have a gf..think about it. Do not blame it on others.
2) You're fussy, or to put nicely you are holding out for that perfect dream girl. This might not be a bad thing..but people like you are dying out.. and most probably the girl with the quality you want well..may not be even close to your age, you're waiting for fate to help you pop one out sometime...sometime.. advice is to..well know girls from +/- your age up to..as large as possible? lol
3a) You have low self esteem. You keep thinking you're not good enough, not cool, yandao, funny, out-going enough... naturally even girls initially attracted to you would go away eventually.. this will put you in the desperate begging mode easily..DON'T. Just get a good dose of confidence, smoke a bit(not literally) and you'll shine.
3b)Talking about not desperate..but if you try hard enough you can get a girlfriend. Try to understand that any type of person, good or bad can be happily attached. Yes it is gross fact i established..if you're des enough.. well..
4)You're not Sincere. Thats the worst..maybe you want a girlfriend just because other people have..and you decide to go through the motions. You need to be sincere to ever succeed...unless you're a really good actor.. in which you must be quite wicked..

The All Important Holy Day this Year
For me of course..is the ORD...or to the uninitiated, Operationally Ready Date.
Or for so so many of the poor emanciated souls its more of the Official Release Date. Deprived of balanced social interaction(with the presence of ladies), Wasted alot time sleeping in the day feeling depressed being in camp, Doing manual labours we didn't dream of doing(pun intended?), At the beck and call of superiors who unfortunately do NOT command much respect... ...
But this is coming to an end, i'm just glad.. from the bottom of my heart.
It doesn't matter what the future holds..i'll still feel the same. I won't look back and miss the army.. the friends i made is not part of that.
Yeah..as of today i still have 41 days to that day. How shiok is that!
I may not be the earliest to ORD, but i'm proud to say mine is on 15th of March 2006.
