woohoo!
finally i can update. sorry for the neglect in this little space on the net. i've been busy again this week and dad's been using the computer a lot, as usual.

last monday, we had combined assembly. we sat in the hall for super long time. wah, i could feel my legs go numb. that monday's programme was the english department thingy, they had this game show, and it was lame lah! shalina, braynt, delise and andrel acted, great job. especially to adnrel and bryant who were 'geishas' dancing! they were so cute and funny!

wah, cab rides are now more expensive. i cant take cab rides that often anymore. last wednesday, i thought i was gonna be late for school so i asked sherman to take a cab with me and we paid $6 instead of $4. i forgot about the increase in cab fares and the peak hours too. i miss the cheaper cab fares lah. same thing also, later on that day. kaiying and i took a cab and we forgot got peak hours and we still had to pay $2.

we celebrated racial harmony at the parade square, i did duty at level 3 and stationed myself at where my class girls were and i told them the wrong place to sit. hehe, sorry girls you all had to sit directly in front of the sun. but at least you all suntanned a little. i didn't really get to watch the performance, but i saw some of the teachers were traditional costumes. oh! mr.imran wore the pilipino traditional shirt, i think it's called the barong tagalog.

after recess it was our mother tongue lesson. pretty interesting stuff we did today. we were asked to have three groups and michael, zul and asyraf were the models in our groups and we're supposed to create a costume which is a mix of the tamil, chinese and malay tradidional clothes. micheal was so funny can! we made for him a tube and mini skirt and attached the a rolled paperball to her chest so he'll have two balls as breasts! he also rolled a ball and put it in his 'mini skirt' haha!

the sec 3 camp was alright.
i didn't enjoy it as much as i did during last year's sec two camp. something happened and i got really pissed off and i shouldnt have let everyone see the angry side of me. i just felt horrible and i somehow want the camp to be over soon. but in the end, we all cried on the last day of the camp not wanting the leave the camp and part with one another.

wednesday


we headed off to jalan bahtera, our campsite. after we put our bags in our bunks and lunch, we did flying fox and abseil line. most of the girls were so enthu! after our height element station, we practiced our class item at the area near the guys bunks. wooo, many were watching. after that, it was supposed to be ur bathing time but all the water supply was cut off cos a pipe burst in the boys tiolet.
i had to wear our class tee, feeling sticky and sweaty. and oh, i so love our class tee! it was the nicest i had! the design and the colours turned out great. at first, half of the class wanted it white and the other half of the class wanted it limegreen. so it was decided that it'll be limegreen. beth and peiling designed the back of the shirt and i wrote the names and asyraf designed in front. ooh! i so love it!
after dinner, we played kindap for night activity. jasper and musliha were the ones ''kindapped''. it was really fun doing the task, running here and there and guessing the lucky number to have our keys to free musliha. we were the 3rd group the finish the fastest!
had a quick supper and i had my well deserved refreshing bath! that night, as planned. prawn had to sleep between quennie and i. she was like '' ah! i had to sleep between the two pilipinos!"

thursday
woke up feeling achey all over my body. i missed my bed! first staition of the day was the height elemnts. i didn't try out the one with the tyres and the logs. it looks scary. jasper was the first one to do height elements, he was so enthu! another height elemt station was opened for us, it's the one which has a rope you have to walk on and hanging ropes you have to hold on to. i tried that one, it wasnt that scary as i thought so. our group was on duty for lunch. so we ate first, good thing we dont have to wait for the rest of the campers to cheer with them the hungry cheer. we were so hungry already! we served food to the rest who were so hungry that they came back for 2nd helpings!

our next activity after lunch was nature rumble, the most fun activity! woohooo! i love the mud! i guess we were the darkest class with the most mud.

we were chanting or maybe shouting '' chan mali chan! chan mali chan! '' when we were walking back to the campsite. we felt like we were some tribal people.
next, it was sea rafting. we washed ourselves in the seawater and then we racked our brains on how to build a sea raft. scallop, the other half of the class managed to carry down their raft to the water but in the end it also wasnt strong and broke. although my group didnt get to bring our raft to the water, we worked as a team. i'm proud of them (:

then we had a nice nice nice refreshing shower. there were so much mud and sand in my shirt. and as usual, my camp shirt was too big for me. sweet and sour fish and vegetables was for dinner. i'm suprised at myself for eating fish. a lot of fish! i ate fish! i guess i was too hungry!

it was so hot during campfire that night althought the fire wasnt even burning that much yet. 1st item was the thai students perfroming for us in their traditional costumes. boat was so cute! then after some songs and cheers, it was time for 3B's item. before they started their item, it started to drizzle then rained heavily. so we all had our 'campfire' in the hall. it was great there. the clases performed their items and the instructors did the little green frog, titanic song and more. 3C's instructor, jeremy was so cute! especially when he did the green frog song. zacharie and alpha and ho yeung had to go up when the instructors called for a volunteer. xuan and i shouted for ho yeung! but too bad he went back to his seat in the end. anyway, zacharie and alpha had to be 'jack boy boy' and 'jack soh' and the instructors were rose. they were suppsed to act as jack and rose in titanic movie. haha! so gay, zacharie looks constipated when jeremiah had his hands all over him. our class was the last to perform. maybe it's good or bad. but we had a problem cos there wasnt enough space for us to form two straight rows in front of the ppl and to form a v shape. but it turned out well, being the shortest, i was right in front with yvonne. i didnt look at the crowd in case i'll get stage fright. all in my mind was i'll have fun nad just dance lah!

and that night, after washing up and was ready for bed, beth and audrey came over to where prawn quennie and i were sleeping. had a little chat and i looked out for instructors at the window. as our bks was facing the canteen directly, i saw the instructors carrying someone to the genereal office area there. i thought they were just playing the causalty game we were playing the other day. didnt think if much of it. i didnt know it was actually asyraf they were carrying. he saw something which he shouldnt see and i was shcoked to hear about it the next day.

on the last day of the camp, as every group had a best camper award, constance gave the best camper award to asyraf. i cried when they mentioned his name. i think he really deserves the award. we're proud of you asyraf! jasper won the best camper award in their group. haha! both jokers won the best camper award!

constance and melvin took the bus with us to school and we took class photos with them and sadly, we said our goodbyes and hugges them for the last time. oh, asyraf was there to meet us. while waiitng for prawney to take hre hmt oral, i went to music room and had a mini feast woth yueting, germ, alvin and ho yeung. then ms chee gave us food wich were also for the thai students and teachers. i drank milk tea! i love it now!

then at the foyer, we took one last photo with the thais students and teachers. hugged paeng, she was great. i remember last friday she was with me for four periods. during poa lesson i told her about d&t and she was really interested in joining our class. i taught her how taper an aluminum rod but in then in the didnt look like a bullet and it looked funny and kind of weird! but still she appreciated it. haha! im gonna miss having her around. boat too, the cute little guy. ton, the talkative one and kong who gave me three noteooks made in thailand. im gonna miss them!

we didnt go to the airport to send them off as planned. and we also didn't go to lucky plaza to have halo-halo in then end. after prawn had her hmt oral, beth, quennie, asyraf and yit seng and i went to great world. we sent audrey off in a cab before that. ate at macs, was so full. walked around for a while and i wanted to go home early to have a good sleep but as i didnt bring my keys and mum was out shopping, i had to wait outside for 40mins. i fell asleep on the neighbours' chair it was comfy but i was feeling stinky having not taken a shower that day.

im so glad to sleep on bed again and not have and achey body all over!

the sec three camp is on wednesday already and i havent bought and pack the things i needed! ahh!

i didnt wanna get up from bed this morning. last night, i fell asleep while doing my history homework and woke up only at 3am when i heard my dad shouting "goal goal!" italy won! someone has to buy the three of us drinks!

anyways, today was the prefects investiture. i'll let the pictures speak. and oh, after the prefects investiture and the photo taking session, i found out that i can't find my school shoes! now now, who would take those unwashed old shoes of mine? i think it's smelly too! i remember during the sec one orientation camp, my pair of slippers also disappeared.

i typed like about a hundred of words then the words i typed out and some of the photos i uploaded were gone.

okay, so last sat i went for the singapore youth festival openging ceremony. i thought i was late, so i didn't go to tiong bahru as planned to buy the stuff i needed to bring. the bus took so long to come. when i arrived at the mrt station, i ran and ran to catch the bus wich just arrived, and guess who i met? weiling! and when we alighted at the bus stop, yenny, lily and jia yao were there. rushed to ntuc to buy my stuff, then walked as fast as i can to school. and i realised i wasnt even late. guess i was being kiasu. the rest of the band members were in the music room, playing seagate. i didnt bother to take my clarinet to play since we're leaveing soon. before we left, we ate canadian pizza. it was tummy filling, i loved the cheese. so off we went and choir, drama, chinese dance and malay dance went along too.

ah, these attention seekers irked me. no, they really irritated me. they keep walking to the platform where everyone can see them and seek attention. oh please, i had enough of bimbos like them. the sky filled with balloons. what a beautiful sight to behold. makes me feel like flying to the sky and grab a balloon. haha!

the whole band were like feeling so enthu when we were walking to find our bus. we were like saying ''BANG'' in the crowd and heads turned when we said that. and also, we were running after kunxiu and sang '' everywhere we go..'' more heads turned. some guys from other schools shouted something. ah, heck care la. we were feeling enthu and they can't stop us feeling that way! in the bus was more enthu. the whole band in the bus were singing to the tune of seagate overture, beach boys and also we sang the school song when we were reaching school. i called kaiying to let her hear our voices singing to the tune of seagate but, she can't even hear my voice cause everyone's voice was too loud! when we arrived in school, everyone didn;t wanna leave. we fall in with our bags and took photos. fall out and shouted questband also took photos. i walked with yueting to the bus stop, no it was more like we were marching. haha! took a bus with the rest to tiong. i then went over to the pasar malam stals there while the rest went to get their sweet talk. i met michael at the bus stop. and i went home, feeling bloated from all the sweet drinks i drank.

i didn't get a good sleep last night. i re-do my two compos again cause i didn't find my handwriting nice, and i did my project last night and only the essay- they day that changed my life i haven't done yet. i slept early, telling myself to wake up at 2.30am to finish everything. so i woke up, did the stuff for like about 30mins and went back to sleep again. then i keep waking up at 3am, 4.30 am for no apparent reason! but good thing i didnt get headache in schol today. maybe i'm so used staying up late already. haha!

last period was SE and ms seerin was our teacher. i still prefer mdm chang, she's mre exciting for this type of sunbject. haha! after school, prawn, beth, peiling and yvonne accompanied me as io tried to finish my essay, then they had to leave so i went outside the staffroom so i can have pig and pervinda for company. i was teeny bit late for band. arthur didnt come today, too bad for sherlin. haha! so after band, we went for foodtrip, this time with pearlyn and shu qi. so that's my friday.

we had a farewell lunch for my aunt who's going to america for good. the service in jack's place is wonderful!

then we had dinner with the cambodian visitors after church. and i learnt some cambodian words like trung, mung or however they spell it lah! their names were funny. one was tona which sounds like tuna, the other one was kunthy which means little in tagalog and the other one is savoun which sounds like sabon which also means soap in tagalog! but savoun sounds nice, like a french name.
