Swim

This summer we took swim lessons from Mrs. Sharisse! and wow did the girls improve a ton in their swimming. Bailey did swim team and did wonderful her best event was back stroke and took 2nd in one of her meets. Hayden swims like a little fish and is excited to start swim team this coming year. Tatum pretty much screamed the first week of swim, but by the end of swim team she was a little guppy out in the pool! So proud of my girls and their progress!

Home for 2 Years!

This April markets the 2 year mark we have lived in our home! We feel so blessed to have meet so many friends and neighbors! We couldn't imagine living anywhere than here.

Bailey is moving on to first!

Bailey Bug is moving on to first grade! She has grown up so fast! She absolutely loved everything about kindergarten! She had a wonderful group of friends and had the best teacher! She would tell me, "I wish Mrs. Harvey could be my teacher forever." Love this girl!

Spring Break

Spring break was a blast this year! We went to the park, did the bubble run together, went up north to visit my family, and went to the zoo with our 2 favorite girls - Katie and Emily.

Easter 2014

We had a wonderful Easter! We decorated Easter Eggs, went on an Easter egg hunt, and the Easter bunny even brought the kiddos new dresses and swimming gear. Mom made her first Easter dinner. The whole works! Sweet potatoes, salad, ham, rolls!

Half Marathon

I decided to run the half marathon back in February. I was in such a low point in my life and the only thing that helped me feel happy was getting up and running. At first it was extremely difficult. Carson was just 4 months old. So i needed to get up extra early feed him and run before the kids woke up. It was a small sacrifice i made so I could feel like myself again. At first I couldn't even run! I had to walk and then run. Eventually I made it to a mile and then 2. Before Knew it I was up to 6 miles. My friend Jen asked if I would be up to running the half marathon with her! I thought that was crazy but I continued to train and by the time Carson was 5 months old I had trained and ran a half marathon. I have never been more proud of myself than at that moment. Brennon loaded up the kids and came and watched me at the finish line. I didn't get any pictures because I needed to take care of Carson.  I was so glad that I did it!
