On Saturday we took the family to the Dewitt farm. The girls were so excited! They got to ride horses, pet animals, go through a hay maze, and ride on a hay ride. Afterwords we went to the park and had a family picnic.
Uncle Brian came and hung out with us. The girls just loved him being there. Thanks for coming Brian:)
Daddy with the girls. Tatum was so good! She slept the whole time.
Bailey & Hayden trying to navigate through the maze. They really didn't see the point of doing this, but it was so cute watching them.
Hayden riding a horse for the very first time. The girl helping her was so nice. She also said Hayden rode so good for her first time.
Bailey was so excited to ride a horse she couldn't stop laughing.
Tatum when she woke up at the park. We had such a great time!

Fun at the Farm
Conference Weekend
Normally we head up north and watch conference in Heber/Snowflake with family, but with just having a baby we decided to stay home. We had a lot of fun together and I loved listening to the wonderful talks.
This is Sunday night. We have a tradition of making a treat and playing games. We call it Sunday treat night and the girls love it. Uncle Brian came to visit and help eat the Sunday Treat:)
Miss Tatum hanging out.
I was trying to think of fun activities to do with the girls while we watched conference. I came up with the idea to make fruit loop necklaces. They loved making them and eating them:)
The girls also decorated mini pumpkins.
Best Buddies:)
I loved President Uchtodrf's talk during the General Relief Society Broadcast. He always does such a great job. What was most meaningful was when he said, "If we spend our days waiting for fabulous roses, we could miss the beauty and wonder of the tiny forget-me-nots that are all around us.” It is so easy for me to say I will be happy when or if this happens it will make me happy. This really showed me that I can be happy now no matter the circumstance. I also liked it when he said, “Dear sisters, many of you are endlessly compassionate and patient with the weaknesses of others,” he added. “Please remember also to be compassionate and patient with yourself.” It is so easy for me to compare my weakness to others strengths and I am really hard on myself. I know we should all be trying to be the best we can be but it really taught me that no is perfect and just to keep trying our hardest. I love conference. It always picks me up and makes me fell like I can be even better and try even harder to become the mother, wife, and friend that I want to be.
