Brennon and I got a wonderful surprise from his older sister Cheree and her husband Kevin. A QUEEN size bed! We were so happy! Brennon & I have been sleeping on my old full bed that has been in the family for years. Poor Brennon couldn't even lay his feet out without going off the bed, and I was being smooshed up against the wall because of the limited space. Brennon and I are so grateful and happy to be sleeping in a queen size bed. It makes all the difference. We are so blessed to have such caring family members that would do this for us!

.A Wonderful Blessing.
Valentine's Day!
I have always teased Brennon since we were dating that I wanted him to buy me flowers. As much as I asked him to surprise me with flowers, he said he didn't see a point because they were going to die any ways. That's why I was so happy when I came home on Valentine's Day. There was a dozen roses, a box of chocolates, and a note from Brennon telling me how much he loved me! He came home early from work and skipped studying to clean the house and get everything ready. I was so surprised, I just started to cry! I am the luckiest girl to have such a wonderful husband!

.just an update.
It really has been quite some time since we have posted on here. Amber has really been bugging me to post a little bit about what is going on in our lives. First, we are really busy. I know everyone says that, and I am sure we aren't any busier than anybody else, but we just feel that we have little time to really do the things we want to.
For me, I was asked a week or so ago to start working more hours at work and start learning how to do business and personal tax returns. As much as I enjoy learning it has been a real challenge for me. I now work anywhere from 45-50 hours a week and try to fit in my five classes (13 credits...not as bad as it sounds). It has been a big personal challenge, but I really feel that this will be a great blessing in the end. I keep telling Amber that I learn at school, but I also learn a lot at work and this will be a unique opportunity to learn in my area of study. Enough about me.
Amber is also really busy. The other day I was talking to my mom and she made the comment that "Amber is a little trooper." I couldn't agree more. She is pregnant and still works really hard. I admire her for her diligence in doing her student teaching while not feeling great. Although it has been really hard for her to do everything, we know that in the end it will make her a better person and mother. She is learning a good skill and will be able to use it even if she doesn't ever work in the field.
As a family we are excited about our future. We really look forward to having a little girl in our lives. We just pray that everything continues to go well with the pregnancy. Our Stake President last week in Ward Conference said that he believes the most beautiful women in the world are those that are pregnant. I agree and just to prove to any doubters...here are some pictures of Amber's "little belly." Isn't she just adorable!
