.Family Photos.

We have been wanting to get family pictures taken forever. Carianne's sister Julianne was so nice and took awesome pictures of us. She did such a great job & it was so much fun. Carianne was in the background doing everything she could to get Bailey to smile! It was hilarious. They turned out sooo cute! Thank you so much Julianne!

.Merry Christmas.

What a wonderful Christmas we had! Even though Bailey was more into the wrapping paper and bows than her gifts it was still fun to share Christmas with her. My favorite gift this Christmas was from Brennon. These past few months I have been asking him for an umbrella stroller, so when Christmas morning came I was so happy to see a stroller with my name on it. The best part about this Christmas though was being with family and eating lots of food! What a wonderful time of year. Brennon & I are both sad that it has ended. Not so much because we will miss the anticipation of getting gifts, but because of the feelings this time of year brings. In all, we are grateful that we were able to be around family, see friends, and remember the Savior.

.6 months & still growing.

Bailey is 6 months old! It is so crazy. Time flies so fast with a baby. People are always coming up to me and telling me Bailey is either really big or really small for her age.
Bailey is just right! 50% percentile. She weighs 15.8 and is 26 inches long. Bailey is getting a personality on her. She is such a funny girl. She loves to talk to people. She will just scream, yell, or just act like she is talking. It is so cute. She definitely is a people person. She will let anyone hold her and won't make a fuss. She will just stare funny at person she doesn't know. It is a crack up. So this video is after one of her naps. We love Bailey so much!

Brennon, Sam, Lacie, Bailey, and I took a trip to the mesa temple to look at the lights. They were gorgeous! We loved walking around taking pictures and talking to our family. We love Sam and Lacie and it was fun spending the evening with them.

.Thanksgiving.

What a wonderful Thanksgiving Brennon and I had. We were able to spend a few days at his house in Snowflake and go visit my grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins in Taylor. We had a lot of fun and it made me realize all the many things I am grateful for!

First, I am so grateful for a kind and loving husband. He works so hard for his little family and is always trying to spend as much time that he has with us. This semester has been a trial for him, but he continues to push through and strives to do his best through his trials. I love him with all of my heart and I know his hard work will bless our family!

I am so thankful for our beautiful daughter Bailey! She is a little angel. She has blessed our life in so many ways. She is beginning to talk to us a ton! She loves her family and loves it when her daddy is home! It is amazing how much she has grown.

I am so grateful for Bailey's cousins Emerey & Paige for sharing their clothes with Bailey! She absolutely loves the clothes! She is definitely going to be warm this winter! Thank you Carli & Tamra!

I am grateful for my parents! They do everything for their family! I can't believe my mom raised 9 children! I still don't know if I can do 1! I love you both! Thanks for being such great examples!

I am also so grateful for all of my siblings and their spouses. I love spending time with them and I would do anything for them!

I am thankful for my grandparents! They have worked so hard for their family! We have enjoyed visiting and working with them!

I am so grateful for my in-laws. They were so much fun to see and play games with. I am excited for all of the girl cousins that are friends with Bailey. I was able to spend a day with Brennon's mom Merle. She is the sweetest lady and has the biggest heart. She would do anything for her children. I also enjoyed going to Black Friday with Chelsea, Cheree, and Carli! They are the funnest girls! I love visiting Brennon's family!

I am also thankful for the piano in our home. It was given to us about a year ago from my brother Rusty's in-laws. We are so blessed to have it in our home. I haven't played the piano in about 6 years! But recently I was given the calling to be Relief Society Pianist. Since then there has been music in our home! I love practicing the piano now (I am not very good though!)

I am grateful for friends! There are so many of you that have touched our lives. I look forward to play groups and whenever I have friends that come over for dinner. We love all of you and for your love and support! Sorry to friends that we haven't seen as often! I know it has been a crazy semester for everyone!

Lastly, I am grateful for our Savior! I know he loves us all. I know there are some days I feel so sad, but I know I can always pray to my savior for strength. What a great blessing the gospel is in our lives. I know our family will be watched over.

.pigtails.

Bailey's hair is growing so fast! It finally got long enough that I could start experimenting with it! So far it has been a ton of fun, but it normally ends up with a lot of tears. I have finally got some cute pigtails in her hair. I absolutely love them! Bailey is so cute and fun! I can't imagine my days without her! (I still haven't got Bailey's adorable smile on camera!)

.bailey's first bites.

Bailey is growing up so fast! She is four months old! We decided to feed her solids yesterday! I have been looking forward to this day for the past month. Every time Brennon and I would eat dinner together Bailey would just look at us like she wanted us to feed her! So it was nice to give her something to eat while we ate too! We went to Kmart and bought bailey a new high chair and some rice cereal. She loved it! It was so cute watching her trying to grab the spoon from Brennon! She couldn't get enough of the food! She is such a big girl!

Sorry the video is on the side! I didn't even think about it when I was recording! Opps!

.halloween party.

So here is the thing, Brennon hates scary movies! I have tried everything I could think of from bribes to black mailing to get him to watch a scary movie , but he just wouldn't! So last year I really wanted Brennon to watch the Disney Classic Watcher In The Woods, but he said it looked too scary! So I had a brilliant idea to invite a bunch of people over for a Halloween party and watch a scary movie! Brennon had to watch the movie with us! He said it wasn't that bad so we decided to do it again this year! The movie we picked out 10 months ago was I Am Legend! We told our family not to watch the movie because we were going to save it for the only night Brennon would watch a scary movie-Halloween night! Because Rusty & Carianne are expecting any day we decided to move the movie up a couple of weeks! The party was so much fun! We made homemade pizza and root beer and the the babies dressed up in Halloween Customs! But to tell you the truth I was a bit sad! Don't get me wrong I enjoyed the movie, but I just wish it was more scary! Now we have to wait 12 more months before we can watch a scary movie again!

Emery & Paige came dressed up! They looked so darn cute in their Halloween customs!

Emery was such a cute butterfly!

Tamra & Casey came!
Bailey went to bed at 6:00! So she missed out on all the fun! We really can't tell if Bailey is a rabbit or a lamb??? I think she looks like a lamb, but I not sure what the costume is really supposed to be.

Rusty & Carianne! we are so happy you guys came! Thanks for the root beer floats!
Justin & Carli enjoying the pizza & salad! Yummy!
Paige was such a cute ladybug!

.sweet tomatoes.

I told Ben that normally all the food that he makes looks pretty gross! But I was actually surprised because his new invention looks yummy! If you want to try it all he did was get chocolate pudding and mix some crushed oreos in it!

Amy is holding sweet Bailey! We found the stuffed animal monster at Target for only $1! I was showing Bailey and she grabbed onto the monster and wouldn't let go! They have been inseparable ever since! We have called the monster Oogie!

Becky came to visit from Michigan last week! It was so nice to see her! She has been sick as a dog because she is expecting! I am so excited! We had so much fun just hanging out! We are at sweet tomatoes eating just before Becky got on her flight to Michigan!

I have such a sweet sister! Amy had her homecoming dance last weekend! She looked gorgeous! I must admit I had a blast helping pick out the dress, jewelry, earrings, and helping with the hair and makeup. It was fun. My mom, Carianne, Lacie, and me had a blast dressing Amy up! Dressing up Amy made me really miss school dances! What a fun time that was. I loved reliving the moment through Amy. Don't the boys look so cute doing their charlie angle's! & the girls kicking up their legs! haha. I am such a kid at heart! Brennon will tell you that any day! Love you Amy!

.Update.

We haven't posted in awhile so we just wanted to let everyone know how we are doing. Bailey is almost 4 months next week! She is so big and such a joy to be around. I have to be honest... naps have been a big challenge for Bailey. She loves to look around and she doesn't want to take naps. Finally I decided to put her down when she gets cranky. The first time she cried for an hour! I felt like such a bad mommy. But she has been doing so much better and she has been so much happier. I love being a mom. Brennon is working really hard. He was really sick last week. I honestly think it was because he was pushing himself too hard. He is doing much better, and he is trying his best to be a full time student, employee, and dad. He has a lot on his plate. I am so blessed to have a husband that is willing to work so hard so I can stay home with Bailey. We know in the end it will pay off.

.Labor Day Fun.

This weekend we had a blast working on my grandpas garden! It was so much work and fun! I can't believe how much corn and green beans we have in storage now! Thanks grandmpa!

Andy & Amy canning corn

Mom & Amy working on green beans! Yummy!

Look at the good looking man! Brennon is shucking corn! haha Carianne said the word shucking sounds like a bad word! or two bad words put together to make the word shucking.

Look at Mr. Ben he is so funny!
