Here's what I did this week:

I actually did this last week but I haven't had time to do anything.  End of the school time is crazy!

This is a growth chart that I used with spray paints and yellow cardstock.  I used the eCraft to cut out the numbers!  I loved how it turned out!

So I told you guys last week that I was going to do a eCraft 101 post and I didn't.  I just need to keep my mouth shut because obviously I am not delivering!  Well my 101 included a bazillion pictures.  But this week, I figured out how to use video on my camera so I'm hoping that I can just show you guys some tricks.  Anyways, this LO I did this week with my eCraft.  I cut out the title, both the letters and the tag.  

I was about 8 1/2 months pregnant with #3 in this picture, in the heat of Las Vegas in October.  Yes, Las Vegas and still sweltering in October.

I am very proud of myself.  I sat down this morning and did a LO.  It felt so good.  And I am loving my eCraft too.  Talk about EASY.  Anyways, i'll go more into that this week.  I'll be doing a eCraft 101 for you guys.

Anyways, my son is really big into balls right now so I wanted to document it.  It's a simple LO.  I feel a bit rusty but I know that it will come again!

I've had a wonderful weekend & I hope you have too.

 Being LDS, My family sat around the computer to watch General Conference.  It was simply wonderful and much needed to fill my spirits.

tidy-up tuesdays: DIY ribbon rack tutorial.

Here's my new ribbon rack...

So remember this gun rack(?) I got at Sal's the other week for $1.99?

I was in the neighborhood for another ribbon holder & 

it reminded me of the last one I made so I went to work.

Got it sanded down...

And spray painted it an off-white color.

Then got some patterned paper and modge podge...

Did some measurements...

Cut some paper...

Modge podged the paper on and did some trimming...

Inserted my dowels and ribbon and placed them on the rack!

Done! 

So nice to get the ribbons in one place!

My craft room is one step closer to being done!
