~Candy Bag & Card Set~

Good morning my friends,
I have a fun little project today, a gift set of sorts...a glassine bag for candy
and a mini card perfect for Valentine's Day or any other day I say! :)
Here is a close up of the card and the other side of the baggy.
Just love that this bag is included in the Chasing Pavements Kit from Scraptastic Club!
Scraptastic has started making their own custom stamps
and the are a fun time too!
I couldn't resist sticking this little fellow out of the card LOL
And I hope you can tell I glittered the CANDY-
I also misted the Thickers- they are perfect for the Mister Huey's from the Add-on.
The word bubble and quote if from the stamp set as well.
Anyways this is a fun kit and I am really falling hard for the amazing
colors. I know they are not your traditional winter tones but I LOVE THAT!
Ok I am off today- getting ready for some little faces to arrive at my home next week.
Happy Friday my friends!!!

Where we all went to Dairy Queen and the guys started throwing ice cream...
ok well one guy started flicking ice cream LOL

I grabbed pictures and thought it would be fun to use them with the
I am TRYING to catch up on my scrapbooking from 2012,
and I am going to be honest, it ain't going to happen so now I am
just randomly scrapping photos that make me smile LOL
This kit was so fun and bright I am super stoked!
Totally reminded me of the best birthday EVAH!
I love these Heidi Swapp Buzz Words from the add-on as well.
(the pale pink "friends").
OHHH and the October Afternoon SEW FUN Banners! I totally

~Fun Fall Cards~

Hey there and happy fall y'all!

I am really into making fall cards this year, I have no clue why but for
some reason they are calling me! LOL
Maybe it's the fall kit I am working with-
For these cards I used the Farmer's Market November Kit
from the Scraptastic Kit Club, I used the patterned paper
which had these adorable cards on them. Then I layered goodness.
Honestly they took me all of 30 minutes! I love that.
Oh I also added glitter inside the house heart, just for shits and giggles! LOL
**shhh** don't tell anyone I cussed on here....:)
That's it for me today, this kids have a 3 hour day so I need to get rocking and rolling!
Happy fall my friends and please do share what you are crafting today!

~WINNER & Thankful Easel Card- Thanksgiving!~

 Hey there crafty peeps!

Did you miss me yesterday? I was knee deep in Bunco and children...
we had a sleepover with a total of 8 darlings...it was precious,
plus our monthly Bunco night
was last night so it was a busy Monday/Tuesday in our home.

Anyways I did delve into the new November Scraptastic Club Kit "Farmer's Market"
to create a Thanksgiving card for my latest class at My Creative Classroom.

Of course it's not the only card, we are making 8 different cards but this is just one.
I love the fall colors and even am enjoying the cooler fall weather,
not after 3 months of having the kids trapped in the house I might not be
saying I like the cold...I might be saying I need me a vacation!

Anyways I also wanted to post the winner of my Holiday Layout Class
which you can still sign up for either the Layout or the Card Class
Card Class (8 cards)
Layout Class (4 layouts)
And the winner is...
 Kimberly S said...
Love the card, and I agree with needing a sense of humor! I haven't done a real layout (I mean a 12 x 12 to actually go in a scrapbook!)in years, and they look so cute. Thanks so much for sharing the chance to win a spot in the class! hugs, Kimberly

~Scrapping The Everyday Moments~

Good morning to you all!

I have a layout to share today, yes a REAL live paper layout!
Big shock I have made 2 in the last week.

I have been playing with my new camera and took some photos
of sweet Bella at her gymnastics I go watch every week.
It really is one of the precious highlights of my week,
so I decided to scrapbook it (of course).
I really played around with the add-on and Mister Huey mist.
This is a fun little kit to play with for sure.
I love the colors and the style of it!
I love the little numbered paper clips too. It's all a fun time!

Ok I am off to sew today and get these kids ready for a party and
Halloween is fast approaching and I have nothing done!
Until next time my friends~

~Gentle & Free- PAPER LAYOUT!! *gasp*~

Good morning my crafty friends,
My OH MY! It is a real live paper layout I see! LOL

I haven't made one in a while, but I sat down this weekend to create.
I have these beautiful pictures of my sweet boy holding a moth
(shhh to him it's a beautiful butterfly!")

I have been dying to scrap them....so I did.

the Scraptastic Kit Club (You know I love them!)
This is the kit....I also used the add-on because it had the rad Mister Huey Mist in it.

I decided to use the little white die cut as a stencil and spritzed it for fun.

I am very proud that I have been able to raise 3 boys who know
nothing of the pain I had my entire life. They all have grown up
so innocent and free from tragedy.

I mean don't get me wrong they experience life like everyone else but
not the abuse and the mental/physical  scars.
When I see this photo I se how truly beautiful Justice is and
how blessed I am to be his mother.
It's a good thing....

Happy Monday my friends...MUAH!

~So Proud & Family's Are Sometimes MADE Not Born!~

 Good morning my friends,

Oh I see it's been nearly a week since I blogged last? Where
does the time go these days? I had a wonderful party this weekend
for my boys and so much going on, it just slipped my mind!

We did have a great week with family and friends though
so it was totally worth it. :)
Crusher story below project....⇓⇓⇓⇓

But first I created this fun little card, for no DT nothing, just me. :)
I used a mix of old Scraptastic Club Kits, and SRM Stickers.
I really just went with the paper design. I loved the circles and just hand cut
some circles and distressed them, then I stitched them on the sewing machine.
Added Washi Tape from the kits, and a bunch of embellishment stickers.
Just a fun little card. :)

This weekend we had a lovely weekend with friends.
Before I start I should preface this story with the fact that we have been
with the same Crushers team for 3 years now. And our coach Kevin is
a fun time! He genuinely cares about our kids.
We definitely have a misfit team all over the board- we have wonderful children
some with disabilities, some without but he plays them all the same.
No one sits on the bench the entire game like some other teams do.
They all play and they all get to shine even if they are not the best,
he pushes them to try it and go for it!
He reminds me of my husband when he coached.
Anyways all the parents respect him and we all donated money
for him to get a team logo tattoo.

So after the party hubs and I took him and his wife to get his new tattoo!
Here is my gal Renee tattoo-ing him. I love her.
 Here it is all done.
It's so much more than just a baseball tattoo. Just like my Crusher "C" logo.
It was a lovely evening, the only missing piece was our favorite couple
Shauna & David. :) Besides that? Totally perfect!

And of course hubby couldn't be left out so he got a "C" on his
ring finger since he cannot wear a wedding ring. That was sweet. :)
Had another huge special moment happen this weekend that I can't share
just yet, but I feel a layout coming on about it for sure.
Anyways I am off to see a sweet mamacita do her gymnastics.
Have a wonderful Tuesday! :)
