A Finish and an Update

Halloween Kitty
by San-Man Originals (c) 2011
Merry Members exclusive
14 ct aida fabric
DMC threads

Rose Hill Plantation
by Little House Needleworks (c) 2009
28 ct cream evenweave
HDF silk fibers

I so enjoyed stitching the San-Man Originals piece. It was a fun unusual take for Halloween.

I am doing the Rose Hill Plantation piece in honor of my DH ancestral home Linden Plantation. I am going to make a few changes in the chart for personalization.

Update

Sorry I don't have any pictures. I've been working on:

Halloween Cat by SanMan Originals
Monthly Houses by Maryse
Rose Hill Plantation by LHN
Sunflower Inn by LHN.

It's been most enjoyable and relaxing. How I love stitching! :D Also, just a note! There is a Sale on the Blueladie Designs Website! Have a look!

Been a While! :(

Well, it's been a while since I posted. DH had a heart attack last week and was just released from the hospital last Sunday. We are both still on edge, but he seems to be doing somewhat better after the procedures he had done.

As always, my stitching was a true gift for my sanity.

I finished Pumpkin Hollow Farm by Little House Needleworks 2 or 3 weeks ago. I didn't have access to my camera at that time. I just took these pictures last night.

I am currently working on all of my Little House Needleworks ornaments for my grandchildren. :) As always this designer's pieces are a pleasure to stitch! :)

It will be a while before I can finish them so I thought I'd post my progress. I have an ornament every year for each grandchild and will give the ornaments to them when they turn 18. Then they will have a start on decorations for their Christmas tress.

I'm currently working on #10 "Under the Tree". Just started that one so I guess I am really behind as that should have been finished in October. However, I am catching up! :)

As always - Thanks for stopping by,
Love, hugs & prayers,
Cathryn
