It Will Be all White on the Night 25% off

Hello and happy monday everybody

Lets talk white.....
Bella Solids, these make great boarders, bindings (if you can be bothered to make your own, and backgrounds, I wouldn't be without Bleached White PDF 97, Bleached white 98 or Snow 11
the three I use when I'm using a light contrast

I would say white 97 is slightly toned down compared to 98
which is your daz all white!
So in order for you to get your hands on a bargain and grab loads of white.
I am giving 25% of these three colours.

So instead of £2.00 a FQ it is £1.50 a FQ.

Discount has already been applied in the shop, and will last for one week.
Dont forget if you want a 1m purchase 4, 1.5m purchase 6, 2m purchase 8.

4.5" x 1.5" bolster pillow
8" x 6" quilt in teeny tiny quilt squares backed in red spotty fabric

Life in Miniature blue

Dollhouse bedding set
Made in Cape Anne Fabric
I keep saying I will be making more of these and I will!
The drawstring bag really works.
Smaller than the 1" cushions or pillow throws in the picture
Took me 2 attempts to get it right (at 11pm last night!
Throw is lineen machine stictched in stars and then hand frayed
I don;t have a dolls house, only a homemade box room
which still needs decorating on the walls.
Wouldn't mind a window or fireplace.....
this can be addictive.......
just need to perfect 12th scale bunting.

Time for Tea!

The Quilted Teapot

I've been playing with scraps!
And different shapes for mug rugs and pan or pot mats.
Thing the handle could be a little smaller and the body a little larger
The body is approx 7" wide 8" tall and width in total about 11"
I sketched it out and cut out the body and spout.
The handle is bias binding sewn longways and stuffed,
the best way to use fabric on the curve is on the bias
And finished with gingham ribbon and a fabric covered button.

And so time for tea, before bed. Kxx

The Argyll Quilt

The Argyll Quilt
40" x 42"
In Navy and White Triangles, cut at 5"
with a red machine patterned stitch
as you can see it it totally sewn as a free hand line!
and never again do I want to pick such a small machine stitch again
1 red cotton reel later, breaking approx every other diamond
as you can see, and about 3 boring hours
Navy and white candy strip binding from my shop
and that STITCHING
I do love the suilt don't get me wrong
I also loved doing the argyll diamonds

I can see this in all sorts of colours, pinks and lemons for girls.
Turquoise and lime for boys.
Just never ever doing fancy machine stitching again
I will have to come up with something else.....
Oh and forgot, backed in a fab red polka dot.
