I realise i gain a few pounds recently, without me really noticing it until... Guess i need to be more discipling, no more supper, cut down on sugar, cabo & beer... lol think the beer contribute to the belly...
I guess i need to excercise too, so as to prepare for my IPPT, need to jog & swim... Most of all, need to do some chin-ups regularly... for those ladies reading u might not understand but it's not juz for vanity tat we stay in shape, it for the nation!!! Ya rite, it's so tat we dun have to go for Remedial Training & of our EGO... Lotsa pride is at stake... (there're oso $400.00 incentive)
I guess i can allow myself a 'once in awhile' indulgence but i think this will help me to be more discipline which i'm fired-up abt. Anyway it's hard & very tempting to eat more than i should. Please help me to eat if i ordered too much food...

It' been 8 yrs
Today is my 8th 'spiritual birthday' and i'm really grateful for it, to be in this church for so long... I was baptised in the teens ministry & now i'm back in the teens as an worker, this is one of my 5 yrs dream & i'm grateful that God allow me to serve in the teens...
I look back on all the things tat God have done for me and i always have lotsa mixed feelings. I'm thankful for all the blessings in my life but i always feel like i can do so much more.
8 yrs is not long but there were some tough times as well, the struggle to stay faithful even when 'life' throws u a spanner. i'll be kidding u if i said i neva thought of giving up, & the thought of many more yrs to come isn't very inspiring either especially when things r not going well for me. But i'm glad God have soften the blows for me, He probably caught the spanner and throw me a nail instead; knowing how weak-willed i'm... It's not easy when u see ur heroes in faith leave God as well, it challenge u to think & realise tat the Devil is working hard... I noe tat Satan dun have to work to hard to get me... I realise tat i'm only faithful today becos God protected me.
I realised now how weak i'm & how powerful God is! Give Glory to God! As i look back on these yrs tat have passed, i noe now tat there're only more great yrs to come!!! i think ZQ lesson was good cos it calls us to be faithful & not juz grateful, for the longest time i've been living in the past glory... Lets move forward together & be a faithful Kingdom Focus Church. To God be the glory!

My Mum's Birthday
Last Friday was my mum's birthday and we went celebrate my mum's birthday, went wif some of her frens and they drank a boat load of beer, i mean it was scary... They juz drank & drank. I drank abit oso or else i'll definitely be drunk... My mum is 50 yrs old and they make me sing a birthday song & kiss her on the cheek, this is probably the most mushy things i have done for my mum to express my love for her in a long time. it's very embarrassing, i guess it's quite hard for me to express my love for her. Especially as you get older, i guess it'll be her next birthday before i do something for her like tat again.... Sometimes it's hard to tell your parents you love them, they will look at you in a funny way like something went wrong... i guess we juz dun express our love enough, as i look at mum, i can neva imagine she's 50 yrs old liao, she have worked hard for me the wrinkles are more obvious but her love for me is still the same. And it will always be the same, u'll neva understand how much ur parents love u. I need to repent and be more expressive towards her.... Have u tried to express ur love for ur parents recently? or at least tot abt it? They need to noe God! What r u waiting for???

Hi guys juz tot u might like to noe we got walloped in the dota competition, it was a good experience which i neva wanna go thru again... haha scared liao but i'll still play dota so dun worry lol....
Anyway i got my reservist SAF100 today... it's gonna be in 18/11 to 1/12 sianz man!!! 2 weeks of reservist... Well at least i have a longer time to prep for it....
Oh & there's a new teen worker joining us as of today! Yeah! Thx for sharing the burden bro!!! WELCOME!!! If u dunno who he is u'll noe soon enuff cos i dun wanna steal his thunder...
By the way i updated some songs as well pls listen to it if u have time, they r some of my fav & things i'm listening to, the songs r abit old but i still love & enjoy listening to them :-D

Friday again
I like to blog on fridays cos u have the weekend to look forward to and also the week to look back on, oh it's friday the 13 oso, juz alittle trivia: if the 1st day of the mth falls on a sunday, u'll have friday the 13th, meaning if like the 1st of Apr falls on sunday, it'll have friday the 13th tat mth... not tat u care? ya i'm juz boliao i'm not supertitious oso... Anyway i started the week rather busy cos there were lotsa work to make up for since i came back... & i was limping ard abit cos i sprained my ankle but it's ok now. Most of my work have oso been done tat's why i got time to blog. Celebrated joke & alfred's bday on tuesday really had a great time encouraging them makes me think abt the frenship i've alot more... Now tat i'm in the teens ministry it's sometime hard to relate to them... u don't have as much peers as b4 but as we met up to celebrate their bdays makes me see tat they r always ard me & tat i dun have to look to hard to find support from them. Appreciate them for initiating and also reassuring me as a buddy! That more or less highlighted my week but i feel like i need to be more grateful cos i realise i'm getting very impatient wif some of the things happening ard me, i need to excercise more self-control... As for the weekend, it's almost the same, nothing much happening except tmr going for a DOTA competition, lol think will lose but juz join for fun wif some of the bros... wat the heck! dun think we'll last thru the qualifiers... Wish me luck! Hope u have some time to think abt ur week as well & have a great weekend!!!

Taiwan
Hi guys haven update for awhile as u all might noe i was in Taiwan for a few days, it was an awesome trip really had fun. The thing i miss the most is the weather there, the coldest it got to was only 11 deg C but for us sporean it was cold enuff... aircon every where we went... it's the 1st the i go somewhere where indoor is warmer than outdoor... Learn lotsa things abt cars as well... but that 's work beside that, it was juz eat & eat... lol ... Think i gain weight after coming back from taiwan... Shopping there was good too, i bought a new bag & some computer hardwares... Danny got himself a pair of shoes... Then we went to eat again... I definitely enjoyed the food there, it's abit diff but in terms of chinese food alone there're so many variety! The desserts there are awesome! It's a gastronomical trip...
I was back on thursday then i went off wif some christian to Desaru, it was so hot there u cant even imagine... i got myself a nice burn... *ouch but we had fun play volleyball... A few of the bro even went surfing, the waves were not very big but we were all 1st timer & we really stuggled to even swim pass the waves to go far enough to surf back... definitely a great experience if u r a good swimmer.... Then we went gokarting lol we started wif 3 cars... but ended wif only 1... we crashed out the other 2... Guess wat we did next? Seafood dinner of course!!!! On sunday we had our service & went to ostrich farm... dunno wat we doing there... lol. Reach Spore on Sunday afternoon, it juz a short trip but juz as fun.... Sorry no photo cos the camera wasnt mine...
