Our Trip to Naples

Lacie came down to see me for a week here in Florida. While she was here, we went to Naples to investigate Ave Maria Law School. Ave Maria is one of our top choices because it is a solid school with a strong network, and they offered me a full tuition scholarship, so we were interested to see the school and the city. We were very impressed with both. The campus is brand new and set in a quiet, residential neighborhood. The city is very clean. The traffic is not a problem. There seems to be a thriving cultural arts community (very important for Lacie). There doesn't seem to be any kind of rough or criminal element to speak of. We had a good time. This photo was taken at the beach which is no more than 10 minutes from anywhere in Naples. It was really windy, so that's why we're kind of squinting.

We are both getting excited to know where we will be living for several years, but we are uneasy to make that decision. We're doing the search, ponder, and pray thing, so we don't make any mistakes.
