You know those days when you feel like you have a balloon for a head? The ones where you walk into a room and completely forget WHY you are there over and over again. That is me in a nutshell. I have been doing this over and over again all day everyday for the past week. I feel so "out of it"... I am just not quite with the program. It takes me 3 times as long to accomplish a small task because I keep forgetting what I am doing. What is wrong with me??? I think my stress level has reached an all time high. I have been having serious back pain to top it off (sress related??? Possibly). In fact Bjay had to tell me today to just relax and stop stressing out about everything because it is rubbing off on him. Hmmm.... maybe he is right. So I need to relax... how does one go about doing that?

I am so SORRY you are so stressed! I have felt like that before. I hope that your stress will go away once you are moved and done with everything. Take a day just for YOU and try not to worry about anything else, it will help a ton!
ok.....sit down...close your eyes...take a deep breath....hold it....exhale......deep breath....hold it.....exhale.....over and over and over! Take yourself to a quite island...lots of sun...big tall slushy!....good book!....breathe... relax....are you feeling better yet?
(Oh...sorry you are on a island....so take yourself to your perfect dream place! That works too!!! ...for a few minutes!)
AND then!!!! STOP!! JUST STOP!!! don't worry, don't think...just breathe! Everything will be fine! you are coming home! No need to stress! Slow down and smell the roses! Enjoy your last month there! It may be a longgggg time before you get to go away again! And if mom has her way - it will be NEVER!!!! :O) so....just make a list... and place at least 1 check mark a day! That is all you can do! RELAX!!! We can't have a STRESSED out Kerryne return home! We'd have to send you back.... just kidding!

Thanks... I will do my best. I know once I leave I will feel nothing but relief. It is the anticipation and packing and cleaning and getting everything ready that is killing me.
