hey i do read the straits times online. i know the news, or at least the little bit of news they bother to put up on that website. for those of you who know jessjess ™, she wrote the z,u,t,y and j sections of the national day special, which can be found on the straits times online. and an ugly photo on the straits times on national day too. er.. 'ugly' was what she said, not me hor..
i still haven't learnt how to put that little quote down every time i input an entry, so i'll do it manually.
memories of years ago when they tried to encourage creativity.. 'think out of the box, but within a slightly larger one.'

managed to watch the national day parade via the internet, although the internet connection wasn't that slow, and most of the parade were broadcasted without any interruptions, the pictures managed to freeze at the important parts like the cannon fire while less important things like adverts and the pr.. er.. scrap that.. were piped through in full detail most efficiently. well done channel 5!
