Main Process of Digestion
Digestion ---> Nutrients absorption ---> Assimilation process
1. DIGESTION PROCESS (involve 4 main organs: mouth, stomach, duodenum and ileum)
* FAT digested in DUODENUM only
* STOMACH digest PROTEIN ONLY
*DUODENUM rely on liver and pancreas to secrete enzyme/ emulsifier (bile) for digestion process.
