Today i went for flag day. Sell sell sell... slack slack slack... in the end i only collected a miserable amount, there were so many people in Orchard lor, then my group decided to go Toa Payoh cuz there's air con there. Guess what? It was packed there as well... haiz... couldnt do much for Red cross i guess... almost got scolded by the lady also... "Why so light?! Where did you go?!" and then i explained my struggle with the Paragon security guard and the mega pack roads (not with people hor... with donation collectors)

I went for service later... waited for like 15 min for Quan Bin and Kian long to come. At that time, i was watching from outside and was standing with Ming hon acting like an usher :D Today's service was really touching. "Wounded hands" really hit me and i was really touched by the song. Later, during alter call, guess what?! Kian long converted! YAY!!!!! haha so happie... its been so long since i've seen a new brother in CB4 and im glad it was one from SJI. -God's blessings-

We celebrated Samuel's birthday along with Kian long and Quan bin really quickly before they had to rush off for their campfire. There was one brownie cake... everyone took a bite. Samuel had 2 bites -guilty- After that, we mixed around with the JC people. They're really quite nice! not those dao dao 'im older than you attitude'... go welcome them Axis!

At about six, everyone rushed off for "I want to be a CL project". I wanted to go, but my mum asked if i was gonna have dinner with them and she wanted me to come home to dine with my sis and my brother in law as they were leaving on monday and there was not much time to spend with them left. In the end, i went home and at bout 7, Ethan called and asked where was I cuz there was not a single guy at the meet but him. I felt that he was kinda disappointed with us as that meet was a priviledge, not a meet where everyone could go, yet so many of the guys didn't turn up for their various reasons.

[Ethan] Sorry Ethan!! i'll try my very best to make it next time and squirm away from my parents...

[CB Guys] Lets not let our leader down and disappoint him, more importantly let's not let God down or disappoint him as well. Lets do our best for CG404 and after that, we'll celebrate and look towards greater tasks :D And this applies not only to CB guys, but EVERYONE. Jia You manz!

[Kian Long] WELCOME TO OUR FAMILY! I'll be meeting you up really soon...

[Quan Bin] Good job man! You made a difference!

[Joshua] Grats on your 1 Gold, erm 2 Silvers/Bronze or something. Whatever it is... remember to give thanks to God!

How can you grow, unless you suffer. How can you learn to walk when you give up after your first fall? Tough times just make you tougher. Like silver going through the fire to be refined, we are going through the predicaments to become even stronger. When I fall down, you pick me up. -Grace-

Some times, i get so confused by what i'm doing. It's so hard to be God's ambassador. Without realising it, I haven't been the best person i can be. A tree must be tended to and cared for. To have fruits, i gotta work hard for it. It's so hard to change, but at least i know God's there for me to hold my hand and lead the way. Fruits of the Spirit- that's what i want. -Thanks Dad-

I think recently, God challenged me to alot of things. School work's piling up and time's getting tighter and tighter. I'm really glad i managed to meet binni up 2 days ago after school. I went to his house and he was a very good host! (kept asking me if i wanted to eat this or that). Had a nice long talk with him and taught him some stuff :D. Right before i left right, when i was at the door, i forgot i had to do something, which was to pray with him. Then i quickly put down my bag and prayed with him for several things lah. Out of which, one was for his back to heal from scholiosis or something like that lah... something to do with the spine. Then later God really showed himself. Binni told me later on at night that he's back had some weird thing lah, all i know was that his back muscles loosened, which was really a good sign! -Praise God-

I went for my first choir practice session on wed night. The seniors are sooooo good... in a way, i felt quite miserable cuz i couldnt read the scores and i depended alot on my fellow tenor mates... so when i was in the full choir practice, we were doing "Ye Lai Xiang", I was practically lost cuz i couldnt hear my people very well... BAH! (T_T). But i will keep trying! i wanna go Germany!!! -Prays-

I got a DONATION CARD AGAIN! Its thurs ready and i only collect $42... so miserable... must get full card. I will keep trying man. Tomorrow im gonna be thick skinned and go ask from my neighbours ready... parents give alot of money one :D wheeeeeEeeeeeeee. -Harvest of $$-

Lastly, My dear sheep(s)[Ming hon said that there's no plural]. I know Sec 3 life is quite tough for you, but i can assure you of one thing, you'll enjoy your Sec 3 life as things really change around you. Friendships forged in Secondary school are really gonna be the strongest and best ones made... So~ ENJOY THEM menz! Don't worry about academic work, there are always people like Derrick(6 pointer mind you) who are around all the time. -whistles- -innocent-. buahaha! and of course i'll always try my best to suit your time lah! No worries man, you're not alone. -footprints- Oh yar. WIN SJI! -cheers-

Wow, my longest blog i've made. Thanks for reading :D

Great things will be done, changes will be made, frontiers will be broken, for He strengthens me.

Life is never just a distant dream.
It begins with a breathe,
A touch of a miracle.

I will praise you oh Lord,
For giving me this precious gift.
A steward of today I will be.

Keep my paths straight of Father,
That I may be faithful in all that i do.
To fulfil the task you've bestowed upon me,
To live the fullest life.

Sought after and found you are oh God,
You revealed your heart to men.
Thank you Father for everything.
Thank you Father for You.

Wah... First official week of school has just ended. The teachers are relatively nice! But at the same time, some are really boring; i finally understood the TRUE meaning of struggling to keep awake(IT'S THAT BORING!) ... but God sent me through. :D And i reached home at 8.30 today... why? cuz i went for choir auditions (Third one btw) and guess what? I GOT IN!!! I'm like rejoicing now and i wanna give all credit to God cuz i really prayed alot it's a narrow entry. THANK YOU JESUS! lalalala

I wanna know God to a deeper level this year, like never before. I don't want the things i do to be just routines, but i wanna remember to keep it a living and loving relationship.

Wow! today ish the first day of school and it started out MEGA boring. Imagine sitting down for 5 hours listening to people brief you on this and on that. ZZZZZZzzzzzzzz... Oh well, but it turned out for the better later when we started to do some ultra complicated dance and we learnt some cheers and finally the two school songs; which i must comment, is actually very nice!! Haha! NJ rox. oh yar... sorry Joshua for the stupid things i've done to you, i'll get you a new badge asap.

It's the new year!!! Happy new year to one and all! I wanna say a really great thank you to all those who have really made a difference and created many memories in the past year with me. Here's all the shoutouts!

[Zachary] Thanks for being my shepherd and teaching me lots of stuff and helping me answer all the questions i ever had. THANKS.

[Ben Wai] Bwahaha! thanks for taking care of me when i was still a lost sheep and eventually bringing me to become a found sheep. :)

[Raphael] You have been a great support and pillar to me in the past year, i really thank you for your outgoing spirit and attitude, really changed alot in my life.

[Matthew] SB! Wow, you're really someone who i have trusted since you started talking to me. You really helped and encouraged me during times when i was down. Thanks alot. It means tonnes to me.

[Ming hon] HAPPY BIRTHDAY MINGHON! You're ONE DAY OLDER! hahahaha... your birthday ends and the new year begins! im looking forward to days in njc with you! thanks for the past year! or four years lah!

[Derrick] How can i forget you? You're really someone who has changed my life, you're practically in 1/2 the pages of my life in this chapter along with Raphael, we'll come to see more being written!

[Ethan] U.L, U.L. You're not just a U.L. to me, more like a friend and a mentor, you've taught me many things in subtle ways, THANKS.

[Joshua] YAY! Potatoe! You've brought laughter in the last few moments of the fading year. Thanks for being such an open friend and lets hope to see us grow TOGETHER in God! THANKS!

[Quan Bin] Last, but not least. I really enjoy the times i've spent with you, im sure we will be having more time together and we'll learn lots about God together. THANKS!

Thank you all for making a difference in my life, if you're reading my blog, you prolly have played a role in my life in the past year. Every part played led God to bring me to who i am today, i wanna dedicate the past year to everyone whom God has used to impact my life. Thank you all for letting God work through you even though you all may not know it.

Lastly, [Isaiah 43:18-19] "Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the desert and streams in the wasteland." says the Lord. Lets not dwell upon past memories and try to relive them, lets create new memories, hopefully with the cast which acted in the past.
