Here's a little about Elena! ;-)

Hi! My name is Elena Martynova. I live in a big southern town in Russia.
I have a large garden, dog and three cats. The bulk of the time I do housework, raising children and creativity. Creativity is my favorite hobby. I really love making albums, pages, cards and notebooks.
 I like to work in various styles, but my favorite is mixed media.
I am addicted to stamps, creative mediums, dies, colors and papers! My style is most of the time very colorful. I try to express my mood in everything I do.

Here's what she said about it.

The moodboard of the new challenge was very inspiring to me. I made a layout with photo of my daughter. I used new collection of paper Roze Quarz by Prima Marketing. The Board gave me the idea to choose the sheet with a wooden print. I also used a lot of flowers in delicate yellow and pink colors. To add greenery to my work, I refreshed leaves of flowers with green spray by Lindy's.

Special Love Mixed Media Layout by Denise van Deventer

Hello Everyone

It's Denise here today to share my take on this month's mood board.

I created this mixed media page of my Grandparents.

I used the gorgeous Barn Market vintage papers from Riddersholm Design.

I did some intricate gesso stencilling around the photo too.

The gorgeous chipboard piece is a Blue Fern Studios piece and was aged, using gesso and all purpose ink.

I also did a fair amount of stamping on the background too.

I really love how this vintage page turned out. Vintage certainly does not have to be dark and dreary,

This is our story by Virág Réti with video tutorial

Hi My Crafty Friends,

Today I am going to show you my brand new mixed media layout. I do not like using vivid embellishments and the shades of pink and purple, but the monthly moodboard inspired me. 

I cut out flourish motif, butterflies and pigeons from a printable sheet and started to decorate the page. I must say that the result is totally out of my comfort zone, but I really like this page. 

This is the first memory that I keep from the new chapter of my life. 

So many of my smiles begin with this layout, because our story has started... :)

Hello, My name is Amelie. I live in Quebec, Canada, Rimouski more precisely, a city located on the shores of beautiful St. Lawrence River. I live with my partner of 13 years, as well as Clara our 6 year old daughter and Albert our golden retriever. I'm manager for the family business.

I discovered scrapbooking by chance, passing a newsstand it 12 years ago. I immediately had the bite, it became a passion for me. You Never Know When You are Making a Memory by Denise van Deventer

Hello Everyone

It's Denise here today to share a mixed media layout with you, for this month's challenge.

Here's a reminder of the mood board.

I took inspiration from the blooms and colours in the flower wreath.

So here's what I created.

This photo was taken a few weeks ago and is definitely a special memory of my Mom and 2 aunts.

I used the Snap-It Collection from Celebr8.

I used a gorgeous chipboard piece from Blue Fern studios and fussy cut most of the leaves, flowers and elements.

I stamped the title of my page with a beautiful stamp from ScrapBerry's.

I also added some pieces of lace, which I have had for ages. I thought it would add a nice, soft touch to this page.

There's still some time to play along with the mood board.
