I was a serious runner for 20 years....36,000 miles per my logs....7 marathons from age 43 to 49. Three hours 6 minutes fasted marathon time age 47. A word of caution....don't be too serious...I developed serious heard A-Fib broght on by the 40+ miles per week schedule...I over-did it and now have a pacemaker and inoperable A-Fib. Run healthy and enjoy life...good luck!
