Yes! (without lip gloss).
It doesn’t stain my cloth & my scarf. But give it few minutes to properly dry before you kiss a cup.
How's
the finish like?
It gives satisfying matte finish or as claimed ’a powdery matte'.

didn’t make my lips dry. But I would advise if you have a dry lip then you should scrub it first or use lip balm before apply this lipstick.
