This week I am sharing pictures of some local peach trees (on the right). They share the same field with some pecan trees (on the left).
They were busy pruning trees the day I drove by the field.
The blooms are pretty.
and it looks like the bees will be first in line for whatever peaches grow nearby!

Incidentally I will happily display your button/logo on my "My Favourite Blog Hops" page if I have the html. I can't find it on your blog. I'd be grateful if you'd send it to me. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful sight. I wish we had an orchard like that nearby. I presume you can buy the produce when it's ready? That must be a treat. Fresh peaches right off the tree!
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry, I've made a mistake. I linked up to last week's linky last night thinking I was linking up to the latest one. I'm sorry about that. Thank you for hosting this wonderful link up.
Delightful shots!
ReplyDeleteYou're brave to stand close to those bees! My kids are terrified of them, so much so they'll avoid certain doors or bushes where they are buzzing and enjoying all the pollen!
ReplyDeleteHi Susan, the peach trees in bloom are beautiful. Imagine having a job to trim those lovely blooms? I wonder why at this point.
ReplyDeleteThanks for hosting Outdoor Wednesday.

ReplyDeleteBeautiful blooms! I wish spring was as far along up here in MA, but not quite yet...
ReplyDeleteWow, what beautiful blossoms. But, wow, bees!
ReplyDeleteLove the peach trees in bloom! I was happy to see there is a bee hive in the orchard. There is so much concern now about the future of bees.
ReplyDeleteThis is my first visit (found you from Hyacinths for the Soul), but I plan to return for more visits.
