Moses Chan Loves Queen Aimee to Death Tears Up at Wedding Banquet

Moses Chan and Aimee Chan held their wedding banquet on July 17th at 8pm at the Legend Chinese Restaurant in Toronto. That night, Aimee was treated like a queen, Moses held his pregnant wife's hand the entire time and took great care of her. The couple flew around the restaurant stopping by at each of their guests' tables to take pictures with them. Moses stood by Aimee's side the entire night and when he smiled, there were tears in his eyes. When the couple went on stage to make their speeches, Aimee emotionally teared up, while Moses embraced her tightly. He said their baby is comforting Aimee, then he took a tissue out to wipe her tears away. Aimee smiled sweetly in response.

A heartwarming slideshow of "Double Chan" pictures were shown to the guests and they had a singer perform on stage to accompany the warm atmosphere. When the passionate feelings came, the couple couldn't help themselves for a kiss, then the guests wanted more and demanded them to kiss some more.

The wedding banquet had 16 tables. Double Chan had two round bars of handmade gift soap for each guests, the soaps had "with love" written on them. The banquet's decorations were simple with a red carpet for the newly weds and their guests to take pictures on and 5 bodyguards. Double Chan hired a production company to come take instant pictures for the guests; the background printed "I Love You" in several different languages from many different countries. The design is simple, but has a fairytale feel to it. They also autographed thank you cards for their guests.

Moses Chan opens up on wife and unborn baby

TVB actor Moses Chan has sealed a number of endorsement deals recently, following his wedding with actress Aimee Chan. This has led to reports of his increased financial burden with the couple expecting their first child together.

Moses Chan rejects TVB broadcasting offer

Rumour has it that TVB is interested to broadcast Moses Chan and Aimee Chan's wedding, Asianpopnews reported.

The couple, who have been in the spotlight ever since Aimee's sudden withdrawal from her martial arts drama, "Cold Mountain, Hidden Dragon", which triggered rumours of her pregnancy, are speculated to hold their wedding early next year.

Sources claimed that not only the actress, who has returned to her family home in Toronto, will be delivering her baby in Canada, both Aimee and Moses will register their marriage and hold a low key wedding attended only by their close friends and family in Australia and Hong Kong after her delivery.

However, TVB also wants a slice of the cake, and wishes to broadcast the wedding in a grand fashion through TVB Jade, not unlike their previous broadcast of Eric Tsang's 60th birthday.

It was reported that TVB Executive Virginia Lok has been negotiating the plan with Moses and even offered Shaw Studios for the ceremony, although sources claimed that the actor is not too keen with the idea, as the couple preferred a small celebration to maintain their privacy.

Moses Chan and Aimee Chan met in 2010 after playing brother and sister in the Jonathan Chik-produced drama, "Master Of Play".

Moses Chan Accepted Reporters' Blessings, Indirectly Admits "Double Happiness"

It was widely rumored Moses Chan and Aimee Chan are having a shotgun marriage. Last month, Aimee went back to Canada after taking a long leave for "personal reasons" and have not made a public appearance since. Yesterday her boyfriend Moses attended an event, and opened up for the first time. He laughed loudly accepting reporters' blessings and indirectly admitted that it is "double happiness" for the couple.

Yesterday Moses Chan attended a promotional event for a toothpaste brand with Christine Kuo. When the MC asked questions about marriage, Moses joked: "I'm prepared...to use up this entire stick of toothpaste to brush my teeth, so I could welcome everyone with smiles!" Moses expressed he's in a very good mood lately, and didn't even deny to the "double happiness" rumor, he heard reporters congratulate him and totally accepted it. He had wide smiles on his face and keep nodding. When asked about marriage and having children, Moses laughed: "I will announce when there are good news. Be patient. Your excitement makes me happy; Your blessings, I received all of it. You all are in too much of a hurry, I feel it!"

Tells Everyone to Be Patient

Widely rumored on her maternal leave, Aimee is planning for a natural delivery. Moses did accidentally leaked a bit: "I don't know how to respond to you! (Prepared to be a father?) I won't know until the time comes!" Does his girlfriend like to have a boy or a girl? Moses laughed loudly: "I like to tell you good news when I have it. (Have you bought healthy products for your girlfriend?) Don't try to trick me!" Moses expressed he does not know how long Aimee is going to be on leave for. Asked whether his girlfriend is no longer going to be acting? Moses quickly clarified: "No. (The plan is to start a business, so she can be the female boss?) I don't want her to work too hard, let me handle it! (How will you be able to take care of your girlfriend too?) No choice, work is important. She has her family to take care of her. We keep in touch daily."

It was said Moses flew to Canada earlier to ask for hand in marriage and that they're currently planning to have their wedding in their dream location Paris. Moses said: "I'm not telling you these things. I don't know, please allow me to maintain a low-profile attitude. I will tell you and won't leave you out of it, but only when I have good news to announce."

Christine Considers being Godmother of Aimee's Baby

Since Christine Kuo had rumors with Aarok Kwok, she gained a lot of popularity and jobs. However, yesterday at the event her limelight was stolen by Moses and his girlfriend Aimee's shotgun marriage rumors. She expressed she does not mind. When asked about her good friend's rumors? Christine said: "I'm not sure, been really busy lately and haven't been following. If its true, then I'm happy for them. Of course I will congratulate her and I can be her bridesmaid at the wedding. However, I have to think about being a god-mother to her child because its a huge responsibility." Christine is longing to find her own Mr. Right, but its about timing and fate. "If I were to choose, I would want a partner outside of this industry. Dating someone in this industry can get real complicated. (Is Aaron Kwok her Mr. Right?) I don't have the opportunity to get to know him, so I cannot say."

It was said that the actress applied had to return to Canada to visit her mother who is sick.

The insider further revealed that Moses will be accompanying his girlfriend to visit his “future mother-in-law” and discuss marriage plans at the same time. In a previous interview, Moses admitted that he and his girlfriend are currently preparing for their marriage. It was said that the couple initially intended to get married next year, but the actor has decided to push forward their marriage to this year to lift up the spirits of Aimee’s ailing mother with the good news.
According to the insider, the couple will officially register their marriage before throwing a wedding banquet in Canada.

While Moses previously avoided giving a straightforward answer when asked to comment on the rumours of Aimee’s expectancy, the 42-year-old denied the pregnancy rumours in an interview two days ago. According to the Hong Kong media, Moses is looking for ways to earn more money to save up for his marriage. Virgina Lok Exposed Moses Chan's Absence Due to Fear of the Media

esterday 300+ TVB artists gathered to shoot a promotional clip, but recently the artists rumored to be getting married -- Moses Chan, Aimee Chan and Raymond Lam were all absent. Virgina Lok's favorite Raymond was said to have married girlfriend Karena while attending his brother's graduation in the States. Miss Lok expressed that is not true, Raymond had already told her a year ago that he's flying to the States to attend his brother's graduation. When he came back to HK, he flew back to Hengdian immediately to wrap up some filming. He basically does not have the time to get married: "He's relationship is already so high-profile, he absolutely won't try to hide it, if he does get married."

As for Moses and Aimee, Miss Lok expressed she did save a spot for Moses this year, but she believes his absence had to do with his fear of the media chasing him down with questions. Asked if Aimee is pregnant? Miss Lok said: "I don't know. She just said there is an emergency in her family and she has to fly home. She didn't even answer her manager's calls. I don't think its true, but its just my own wishful thinking that Ah Mo should marry her and have kids soon."

When speaking of TVB Assistant General Manager Peter Au's announcement of the 2014 new criteria that all series must have 80% of the script completed before filming can begin and the added rest time for artists? Miss Lok expressed this is good news in the artists' perspective, but she denied the changes were made due to Beauty At War's low ratings. If the issue does not get resolve, it will always be there and she believes the last minute scripts is wasting resources. As for the rumored Sheren Tang cut off? Miss Lok said: "Some artists are straightforward when they speak, we don't have hard feelings and hope it will be fine soon. When there is a suitable script, we will use again." She denied it was because of Beauty at War that they dropped Sheren from Eric Tsang's new series Aerobic Girls. "Sheren turned it down because there was schedule conflicts. We did not discuss the terms." It waas said Eric Tsang opened an artist management company and is stealing TVB artists? Miss Lok said: "He always had the management company, many will help TVB. If artists don't sign with TVB and decide to go with Eric Tsang, that's not a bad thing either because we're all on the same side."

Moses Chan and Aimee Chan have been dating for two years. Recently it was widely rumored Aimee withdrew from the June martial arts TVB series Cold Mountain Hidden Dragon because she's pregnant and is spending her maternity leave in Canada.

Regarding to the rumor that Moses is ready to accompany his girlfriend to Canada to meet her parents and marry her, Moses responded last night: "Thank you for the blessings. Wait until I actually do get married! I will announce if there is good news."

Since Aimee attended the Slow Boat Home promotion on May 8th, she "disappeared" from the public. Last week, she suddenly withdrew from the new series in June, Cold Mountain Hidden Dragon, because of "personal reasons". Producer Marco Law expressed she's heading back overseas to handle her personal matters. It was rumored Aimee and Moses are getting married in Canada. Earlier Moses responded: "I'm not telling you! If I'm getting married, I will let you know, but I want my personal space too. I won't be sharing every step of the way with everyone."

Yesterday it was rumored Aimee is pregnant and because Cold Mountain Hidden Dragon is a martial arts series, she won't be able to do the action scenes, so she turned it down and is heading back to Canada to await for labor. TVB executive Virgina Lok responded to the rumor. She expressed she is not sure, she will have to find out first. As to the 'lightning marriage' rumor, Miss Lok is unsure. She disclosed Aimee mentioned she had some family issues and wants to request leave to go back to Canada, but Moses is staying in HK. If the rumor is true, Moses would have definitely accompanied Aimee to Canada. It was said Aimee initially took 3 weeks off, but then she extended it to the rest of the year, is Aimee taking maternity leave? Miss Lok did not respond to the question, but she said: "If the rumor is true, then we will have to congratulate them. Moses is a person who has plans for the future and he's at a marriageable age. Aimee is a very good [girlfriend], they're very matching and the audience accepts them."

Preparing for Marriage

Yesterday Moses was on a radio interview and disclosed his wish to start a family: "My life is not perfect yet because I still haven't started my own family. At a young age, I thought I would be married with kids before age 30, but that still did not happen. Nowadays, I value family a lot more, I'm working hard for the future and must really love the person besides me." Asked if he's preparing now? Moses said honestly: "I really am preparing!" He repeated that comment twice. The "Coffee Prince" is ready to be a father. However despite his love for coffee, he will not allow his future son to drink coffee while still at a young age. He is only allowed to drink "babyccino"!

On WhatsApp, the reporter asked Moses: "Then are you going to marry Aimee in June first and then tell us the good news of Aimee's pregnancy?! If she's pregnant, don't let her drink coffee! Tell Aimee to drink babyccino first! =P" Moses responded with a "blushing" emoticon.

Also, it had been widely rumored Fala broke up with her Neway Prince boyfriend Sit Sai Hang. He said: "Yes, today I did go look at homes, but I don't want to comment too much now. (Buying a new home in preparation for marriage? Plan to use the home as investment or living?) Buying a home is planning for my future. Whether the home is used for investment or living, that is part of the scope of my plans and the reason why I'm buying a home. After all, I'm using it for myself!"
