This year all of my equals (plus me of course) are celebrating their (and mine) 40th B'day (did I really say it loud? OMG!). And so this card is about.

I've had a mercy on my friend and didn't put the number on her card, it's hopeless enough...

I have chosen this image from Jade Dragonne named 'Champagne'. It's colored with Promarkers and distressed with distress ink.

These butterflies stand for the 'stomach butterflies' you get when you start something new. A new decade for example.

How to: have a spooky B'day

I've had this digi printed for a long time, so it was high time to use it.

I am using the 'Gothic Lolita' from Jade Dragonne - it's colored with Promarkers and distressed with distressed ink.

There are lots of metal embellishments here to make it even more gothic.

The sentiment is a rubber stamp and it says 'For your B'day - this is your day'.

How to: get the gothic look

It seems like I made more Halloween cards this year than I planned LOL 

I have been invited to be a GDT for the next two challenges at

and I am so happy! The first one starts today and the theme is

SPOOKY NIGHT

Make us scream!

I decided to go gothic style this time.

For this card I used a Jade Dragonne's image again. This one is called 'Gothic bat', I colored it with Promarkers and distressed with two distress inks.

This time I used some digital papers and printables, mostly from HERE and HERE. Black gause, black flowers, dark butterflies and some metal embellishments refer to the gothic style.

There is no sentiment on this card, so it can be used for many occassions.

We do not celebrate Halloween in Poland, but there are so many horro movie lovers, I've decided to make a Halloween card. The most scary horror movies I remember were those without any drop of blood. It's the 'normal' people we should be afraid of.

I used two digis to create this scene. First is our sponsor's 'Wonky House', and the second one - Jade Dragonne's lineart 'Bunny'. This is the first time I used a greyscale only using the 'cool grey' set from Promarkers. And I have to admit this adorable girl looks really scary. You came to the wrong neighbourhood!

For this card I used one paper only from Memory Box's collection 'Nightfall'. I also added some black cardstock elements cut with dies and some gems as stars, all from my stash.

There is no sentiment this time, so you can use this card for many occassions.

How to: raise the glass with champagne

I am so honoured because I have been invited to be a GDT at the

challenge. Thank you Ladies, this is a great honour for me!

For this challenge I have chosen the card made for a girl with the same name as mine, but she's 40 this year, while I will be 40 next year.

She was supposed to be a dark haired woman and I thought it would be nice to raise a glass of champagne for such B'day. That's why I have chosen an image from Jade Dragonne named - surprise, surprise! - 'Champagne'. The digi is colored with Promarkers, distressed with distress ink and stamped with Bo Bunny's stamps 'It is written'.

This card is monochromatic, and I added some vintage printables to this fab papers. There is also this sticker with bottle of champagne from my stash. Looks cool!

The sentiment says 'Lots of wishes for your 40th B'day' and it's a freebie from HERE.

I have made a B'day card for a teenager who loves music.

I've had this image colored for a while, as I was practising hair coloring, and it was high time to use it. It's 'Headphones' by Jade Dragonne and it's colored with Promarkers. Isn't she sweet?

My stitching is a sillicone stamp from THIS set from Viva Decor. I have no sewing machine at home.
I used energetic colors for this card, added some gems and used one of the oldest dies I own from Sizzix. I bought them with the Big Shot machine. I love cutting them with scissors and create some new shapes.

The sentiment is placed on a tag and it's a Polish version of 'Happy B'day' - this is how our 'Happy B'day' song starts. 'Sto lat' means '(May you live) one hundred years'.
