Forever Mine, Forever Strong

This morning I was talking to Pais and she started smiling...So I grabbed the camera. Then she didn't really want to smile anymore.

She yawned,

she cooed,
she made an angry face, and

finally...
I caught a Paislee smile on camera!

She is starting to interact more and more. She will coo and goo and smile and just be the best baby! But, she does have her moments like all babies do! Paislee is now 10 1/2 weeks old! At her 2 month appointment she weighed 11 pounds and 1.5 ounces (60th percentile) and was 21 inches long (20th percentile). She is short and chubby according to all the other babies with her birthday! It is so neat to know that she will be Forever Mine !

Yesterday Lee, Paislee and I watched a movie! It is not a "feel good" movie...it is a "feel GREAT" movie (I stole that line from the extras). Forever Strong is the greatest movie I have seen in a while! I don't even care for Rugby and I enjoyed the show! I recomend it to everyone who needs an uplifiting evening! Then when you are through watching the movie, I suggest watching the extras. The real live coach Larry Gelwix seems like an amazing man! There is my tribute to the movie Forever Strong...watched it, loved it, wanna buy it!

Blessing Day

On the 31 of May, our sweet Paislee was blessed. It was a great experience to have. Family and friends came from near and far. Her beautiful dress was made by her Granna and Aunt Kim. She looked so beautiful in it. We had a little luncheon afterwards and it was a nice day until we all started eating...It started to rain. You gotta love the Uintah Basin weather, never predictable.
A little update on our little "weed," (I say weed because that is what she is growing like). When she was born she weighed 6 pounds and 12 ounces, at 2 weeks she weighed 7 pounds and 7 ounces, and last monday she weighed 10 pounds 7 ounces. She was 19 inches when she was born, 19.5 inches at 2 weeks and she is 21 inches now. Her cheeks are starting to fill in nicely. She can wear 0-3 month outfits now. We had to put away all the newborn onsies, they do not snap anymore. The camera batteries are dead so no new pictures for a while.
♥Love to all, Angie♥
