Changing tilda

This weeks challenge on Tilda & co was to take 2 magnolia stamps and make them into one. I really love the tilda in bunny suit, I decided to use that as my morphine subject. I took the roses of one of the tildas and put them in the hands of bunny Tilda. Let me know if you like the result??

Sugar nellie

I think as everyone might have worked out I am abit of a magnolia fanatic and have way to many but they keep bringing out amazing stamps.
I also like other stamps and for me the next in line would be the sugar nellies. They are really cute and hail from bonny Scotland maggie and hamish in his kilt are so so adorable.
This is a sugar nellie stamp nellie with foal. This is a really girly girl card.

This is another cool site I can across for sketches. They do a challenge every week so I thought I would join in. Check it out here
I went for very natural colours for this one, as that is what most people around here like. Luckily I won a basic grey paper pad thanks to craftyb x x which fits just right. Have a look at craftyb's work its really cool here. Hope you like it.

Tilda from the heart.

Had this image lying coloured in and looked at it today and thought I would make it into a card. This is what I created.

Magnolia stamp
Aud stamps for the doodles and greeting stamp (aren't they just fab)
Dovecraft papers.
Flowers that have been knocking around awhile.

F is for flowers and fishing.

It was a sketch challenge this week on Tilda & Co. I was determined to make a male card this week and when I saw it had a flower on it I thought oh there goes that idea.
Then I thought again about all the men that I know that fish and garden and thought if the colours are masculine why can't they have flowers on their cards too. This is my offering I hope you like it.
Check out the Tilda & co challenge ( here ) as they are giving away the church stamp to the winner and I am so envious as I don't have that one yet. Check out the shop they have 20% of magnolias but there aren't many left.

Easter flower card

I have a thing for pink at the moment. Especially the more vibrant pinks. This paper was just crying out for this card. Wanted to keep it simple but elegant. The colour on the tag matches exactly but the flash has washed the colour out. I really like this one I hope you do too.
Card ingredients:
Magnolia stamps
Papermania papers
Heidi Swapp flower (pink)
Craftyb blog candy (cream flower)
Coloured with prisma pencils
using sansodor and stumps to blend.

Double slide card

This is another submission for the hidden messages on the Tilda&Co challenge blog. It is a get well card using the Magnolia stamps that I have fallen head over heels with.

Scrapbooking castle

After making the castle card I wanted to make one for a scrapbooking page for my daughter. I changed the size to be suitable and used it as one of my submissions for my first DT challenge on Tilda&Co challenge. Take a look and have a go its about hidden messages this week. I hope you like it.
The castle is a design I made on the computer and then printed on pearlescent paper before colouring in with prismas

For the unicorn I masked an area of and then I drew the horn in by hand before colouring so that it looks like part of the original stamp.

baby girl and boy ahhh

Aren't these the cutest. I thought I would keep it simple with them. The card is pearlescent with the girls flipping pink and the boys flipping blue. Stamps are Magnolia again.( I know I know) Think I might have to dedicate my blog to Magnolia stamps I just love them. The pink tinge to the cards is the colour of the walls bouncing back. I hope you like them.

Mrs g

This card is very special. My daughter K is special needs and has a teacher that helps her at school. She calls her Mrs G as she can't say her name. She wanted a really special birthday card to show how special she thought she was. K wanted the jewels on as they where really girlie.

The card measures 12" x 6" luckly I have paper and a robo pro to make the envelope. K choose the magnolia stamps she wanted on the card.

I am using this card for the challenge on Marlenes site. Please check it out here. It has to have green and ribbon.

Spiritual easter card

I have had this K&co paper pad for awhile. When flicking through it I noticed the words and thought it would be great for an Easter card.
Of course the main attraction is Tilda by Magnolia stamps.
Autumn leaves stamps and flower by precious petals. The folded flower was an inspiration from Marlene.

I have glazed the round sentiment to pick out the letters which is hard to show in a pic but it has worked great.

While I'm at it I better mention Auds got candy up for grabs too. I made the castle card for this comp. You have to make it with something that is your favourite. I have a thing for the magnolia horse stamp it is so cute. Check it out. http://audsn.blogspot.com/ . Next time I will remember to put the links with the cards, please forgive me guys.

castle card

I've been wanting to give this a try for a few days but did not have the time to try it.

I have adapted the Magnolia horse stamp that is so cute into a unicorn as I thought it would look great. The Tilda princess was thanks to Fae. The only thing was mounting them on a card together, so me being me and the fact I couldn't sleep last night set about making the scene. I hope you like it.

mothers day 2

As Marlene (a lady who is an inspiration in the card making word) posted about a blog with a red theme challange, I thought I would have a go. Very new to the world of blog challenges hopefully it will be good enough.

mothers day

This one is for my MIL. The main image is magnolia stamps and I love it. The colours are very muted as my husband loves natural looking things and colours. Magnolia stamps are amazing they are so cute. There is going to be alot if them on my blog.

I hope you like it.

Wow.

Finally made it into the world of blog. Don't know how well this is going to work, as it is another thing I am going to have to keep up with.

My husbands favourite saying "If you do anything else you'll be spreading yourself so thin I you might disappear"
