I found some friends to sit by at the concert :) Yay. It always makes them go faster.
Clara is such a sweetie but when I bring out the camera she always brings out her silly side.
In October Greg headed to Vegas for a few days and we partied by getting flu shots. Clara also cried harder than the other kids...she even beat Kate out in volume and duration of tears.
The kids drowned their sorrows out at Cherry Berry following the shot...It seemed to bring the smiles back.
We traveled a ton this month. We went to stake conference in Fargo, Sioux Falls to take Greg to the airport, Mitchell to visit friends, home for a few days, and then back to Sioux Falls to pick Greg up from the airport, spend the night, have Greg play in a volleyball tournament and then back home to Aberdeen. Wow...hours...we spent hours and hours in the car during October! Most of these pictures are from Sioux Falls.
Mitchell-This is a picture of murals made of corn on the corn palace.
We also found a fantastic cupcake shop for the kids to enjoy~
Here we are waiting for Greg at the airport!
Clara participated in a character assembly. First she had a letter she wrote to be chosen to be read in front of the school. Then she was in a play where she was the Hare in the Tortoise and the Hare. She did a good job!
I have been serving in the primary presidency this year. It has been a whirlwind of activity full or hard work and fun.
One of the highlight of the year was tithing settlement. Here we are in the bishops office talking about the blessings of tithing. In the middle of the conversation Katherine just burst into tears. She doesn't want to give her money away for tithing. It was a sad and tender moment as Greg explained tithing to her and comforted her sweet little heart.
Katherine finally learned how to put her own coat on :)
Halloween was a blast. The pumpkins were super fun this year. Katherine hated the feeling of the inside of a pumpkin.
Best Halloween cookies ever!!!
And last of all my cute little kids in their costumes!
