I love the pastel colors and oh so many sweet images. Of course I expect flowers in the spring, but the other critters like little birds, chickens and frogs have me smiling big.

I'm a gardener and this time of year it's hard to be patient about planting. Living in the Midwest we usually hold out until Mother's Day, but we've had frost even later in the year than that.

That won't stop me from dreaming right? That's why I love the fact that I can turn my craft room into any season I like. I don't have to wait for my garden outside.. I have a garden inside!

Many of the items in this kit are perfectly proportioned for scenes. There's also lots of sentiments so things come together quick.

This kit comes with everything you see. The only items I have added are the card bases and envelopes, solid paper card mats, adhesives and some MT washi from my stash.

I love all the details you'll find in the images in this collection. Just about anything and everything that makes you think "winter" is illustrated.

You'll find items for keeping warm (like scarves, mittens boots and hats), cute critters (polar bears, bunnies), snow sports (ski's, sleds, snowshoes) and even some cups of cocoa for more sweetness.

I think the star of the show here for me is the snowmen! They're super cute! Maybe you'll have a different favorite to discover!

Lots of the items are perfectly proportioned for making scenes and collages. A few "waves" cut using scissors make snowdrifts, and paper cut at an angle a simple tablescape.

You'll find some "scenery" pieces too like pine trees, and snowflakes. I like to cut a circle to create a sun or moon.

Even if Winter isn't your "favorite" time of year these images will have you smiling and wanting more!

This month's Main Kit is a whole lotta Christmas! The pretty papers are from Simple Stories "Simple Vintage Dear Santa" Collection. You'll also find Echo Park Chipboard Phrases from "Santa Claus Lane" and Chipboard from 49 and Market "Christmas Spectacular" Collection. Everything in the kit is primarily green and red so they all work together beautifully!

I love the fun paper prints that include tapestry, gingham, dots, florals and lots more. The images are vintage and will bring back thoughts of Christmas past.

There are lots of sentiments to choose from and I really enjoyed mixing and matching the different fonts and designs from the different brands. They're so different but they work together beautifully.

The papers included a sheet of tags as well as sheets of journaling cards that are also great for creating focal points. The one I used on the card below, with the "Shiny Brite" across the top reminds me of an ornament box from my childhood.

I know you'll love this great kit! And can you really ever have too many holiday cards on hand? I didn't think so! LOL!

I love the beautiful sentiments that are "center stage" worthy on my designs. It's easy to let them steal the show and embellish around them.

Everything you see on these cards is included in the kit. The only items I added are the following: card bases, solid paper for matts, adhesives, and enamel dots.
