31 Days of Halloween - Day 23

Hello folks, and it’s day 23 of the Smeared and Smudged 31 days of Halloween Blog Hop.  All you have to do to take part is to hop through each of the Wicked Blogs that are participating and leave a comment on each project.  All Horrifying Hoppers will receive a Survival Button at the end of the month to proudly post on their blog.

A nice simple tag today, with stamps from De Stempelwinkel (the fallen angel) and Visible Image (the tattered fishnet)

I water-bleached the fallen angel, but that was about the only technique I used for this one.  The black cog is just because I can.
