tw is full of mountain!

went to taiwan on 8dec!
it is a 7days trip!
if ppl ask me how my tw trip, i would reply "dam cold!" LOL

on th first day, we went to some nite street at 台中。
th weather was dam cold especially it starts to rain.
while we were shopping at th nitez street, when dere is 台风，th things on th stalls were blown to th floor! dam serious!
we ate 大肠包小肠， 大板烧，takoyaki etc!
and th tour guide advise us to queue those stalls wif long queue, if not th food may not be tat nice. so we follow her advice. hahas xD

2nd day, we went to a castle first.
th name of th castle is called Chateau De Olliere.
dere is a story behind tis castle.
th owner of this castle love his wife very much..and so he decided to build a castle for his wife.
dere are 4castles in this place : Chateau De Jsabella, Chateau De Victoria, Chateau De Elizabetb2 and Chateau De King & Queen.
so sweet!
th wife feels that th castle is too big and boring to her.
so she decided to use it as some attraction for tourists etc.
ppl can have their high tea over dere and visit all th castles.
th husband is unhappy about tis.
so normally if visitors get to see th wife, she will say "如果你看到那个老头子，不要理他。“
coz normally th husband will give unhappy face to customers de. hahas !
so envious of this couple.
nex time my car will be pink in colour! so pink! cafe for visitors our is in eng version., LOL

after tat we went to temple to pray.

th 抽签 method is dam cool! unlike wad we normally do.
shall post th video nex time.
we hav to drop taibi $10, den th woman will go into th temple and come out again to giv us our 签！ so cool de!
and we also prayed at th temple which is for 学业。
tis is th 貔貅。 experts said we must put male de only.
coz female is to 顾坟。。so if ur house put male and female, meaning u take ur house as 坟墓。
and not many ppl noe about tis..coz they usually think tat they must be 一对 to be perfect.
and dere are true stories behind th effectiveness of tis 貔貅。

in th process of building taipei101, dere are many incidents happen.
as tw is full of mountain, natural disasters like 台风，地震 happen quite often in th past.
so when th workers build till 59th floor, dere is a earthquake.
so they hav to rebuild again.
th nex time, th build till 89th floor, dere is another earthquake.
and at that time, many of th constructors feel like giving up.
btw, all th constructors are tw ppl.
coz th govt said they dun wan foreigners to touch taipei101...so tat they can be proud of themselves in building th tallest building in th world.
and so, th govt motivated th constructors to continue building it by raising their pay..and it is much more higher than normal pay liao.
but after awhile, dere are 台风 again.
and so, many of th family of th constructors advised them to give up.
so th govt said "once u build th taipei101, u will be credited in building th tallest building..and their nex generation will 以你为荣。“
so they 硬着头皮去做。
however, dere is one incident happened again.
a taxi driver was driving along th construction place, and suddenly one big metal brick of wad drop from th top of th building.
normally, ppl will confirm die ..imagine it is drop from a 89th floor, th pressure etc will be dam large, and so th impact confirm will kill th ppl below.
fortunately, th brick only hit right side of th taxi! and th driver is safe up till now.
he becomes deaf and he is still receiving 惊吓 de insurance.
they said it is bcoz in th taxi, he place one 貔貅，so it protected him.
so th govt begun to ponder..why they cant build to 101..
and so they asked a 风水师 for advice.
so he said they have to put 貔貅 to ensure it is safe etc.
so they place 4 貔貅，分别是东；南；西；北 on th 4 corners of th 89th floor.
and now, if we visit 89th floor of taipei 101, we can see th 4 貔貅。
after they placed th 貔貅，the construction of taipei101 completed smoothly.

on top of th temple.
this temple once experienced a serious earthquake.
th ceiling of th temple was completely drop to th ground..th support all are broken.

i forgotten th stories behind all this things liao.


at nitez, we went back th our hotel and have our dinner.
get to eat all those special food!
every hotel has a xmas tree...is juz that tis xmas tree is not green in colour.
LOL
food has not serve yet.
hotel we stayed in for th 2nd nitez.
tis hotel is juz beside th theme park and th huge shopping mall!

inside th shopping mall.
tis is a wishing pond.
we throw coin inside it...and must follow th rule.
we have to turn our back facin th pond, den use left hand to throw th coin over our right arm.
we MUST make 3wishes.
1st wish is to wish tat send th angel back to yi da shi jie or wadever..cant rmb.
2nd wish is to make th wish we want.
3rd wish is to wish that our 2nd wish will come true.
so overall, we only get to make one wish.
hahas xD

at nitez, we shopped at th shopping mall till 9pm..coz all th shops dere usually closed at 9pm.
their sun rises at 6am+, set at 5.15pm. so different from our!
so their days start earlier..and will end earlier too.

3rd day, we went to th theme park and play!!!
they have pirate ship, etc.
but their are more exciting.

one of th mountain!

scarly~ imagine having the 胆 to walk on tis bridge...we get to drink th coffee using 泉水。。。
but tat day i'm feeling so unwell, vomited 3-4times in a day.
so i dint drink th coffee...having phobia of vomiting liao.
i wonder how they build that temple on top of th mountain.
and it was built in th past! meaning that th ppl have to use their hands and legs, wif no help from th machine etc.

there is also one story about a river flow called 《情人的眼泪》。
in th past, there are many yu zhu ming.
normally they dun allow ppl of different religions to get together.
but there is one couple having a relationship..and they are from different religion.
one day, one of th ppl know about tis..and he went to 告发他们。
in the end, a group of teenagers were unhappy about tis...
so they carried weapons up th mountain and wanna separate them.
however, unfortunately, when they climb up th mountain...it was very slippery.
and th weather isnt helping them.
so...all of them fell down th mountain and die eventually.
they didnt get to do anything to th couple b4 they died.
th place where they fell down has a river flow..so they called it 《情人的眼泪》。


another hotel for th 3rd day!
we are 'moving houses' everyday...so dam tiring!

tis is still at th hotel!

灵芝，so called their 长生不老老药。

well, they gave us a lecture on ling zhi b4 promoting it to us.
they said tat "in th past, qin shi huang 要找的长生不老药就是灵芝。
he even went to japan to look for it.
dere are true stories behind tis ling zhi.
in th past, during th period when japan occupied tw, dere is one prof went into th mountain...
and he follow a old man who was in his 90+, but he look like 70+.
tat old man was only wearing underwear wif no shirt etc.
so th prof was wondering at such a cold weather, how come he can sustain it.
they continue to walk up th mountain.
suddenly dere is an iron nail in front of th old man...and tat old man wasnt wearing any shoes.
th prof wanna warn th old man, but their language doesnt match.
in th end, th old man step on it, but he dun seem to feel anything.
tis make th prof more 疑惑。
after a few days, th prof cant sustain th freezing weather...and he fell ill.
th old man was very worried and carry th prof down th mountain to his house.
imagine a 90+years old de old man carryin a 40+ de prof...where he get th energy from?
at tat time, th ppl living on that mountain doesnt noe th power of ling zhi.
they juz simply plug and use ling zhi ..and they treat灵芝水 as normal plain water.
eventually, they let th prof drink 灵芝水，eat their food etc.
after taking care of him for 3days 2nitez, th prof recovered.
the old man and th prof become good frenz afterward.
after japan surrendered, th prof has to return to his country...but he bring ling zhi along wif him for experiment.
after analysis, he found out that th ling zhi actually has those chemical that can help human body to 长生不老。
and it can also cure asthma and sensitive nose.

after th lecture, th promoters approached us to sell ling zhi.
and guess wad? it caused 1k+ SG dollars! kns
and they said this real ling zhi are plug from mountain...other countries may hav sell, but theirs are man-made...which does not contain th white white thinggy on th skin.
and only their mountain has th suitable condition to grow ling zhi.
afterall, all th ppl in our tour dint buy!

and u noe wad? th tour guide was abit buay song liao lor.
she suddenly tiam tiam on th journey..and even for lunch, she went to other place to eat. so realistic.

at nitez, we have our dinner inside a tree!
there is a story behind tis tree restaurant too!
th 老板娘 of this restaurant is not even 高中毕业。
when she is young..she has a dream.
she said tat when she hav a chance to open a restaurant, she wan to call it as 五角版 or wadever..cant rmb th name.
and so one day, she succeeded.
th restaurant is opened beside a university.
those students are very attracted of this restaurant on a tree.
it is really on a tree...
she like to collect tree trunks, stems etc at th seaside.
wif all these collection, she builds a tree restaurant.
after some 研究， they discover that those tree parts that she had collected are actually good materials.
so th govt noe about tis, and they banned ppl from collecting tree parts at th seaside.
guess wad? she changes to collect stone.
so she opens different outlets at 台北，台中 etc.
and her biz is doing good.
in th restaurant, all th 餐具 are made by her!
imagine a person who doesnt receive much education, without any teacher to teach her how to make pottery thinggy...all are self-learn.

the theme of this tree restaurant is 清茶，单饭，赏艺。

2nd last day liao...
we went to taipei 101 to stay.they said tis hotel is haunted.
in th past, tis location used to be a 刑场, where ppl are tortured and killed.
this hotel is built here bcoz..i cant remember about th reason...
but one of th family in tis tour said...dere is one tour noe that they will be staying at tis hotel..the whole tour called th company and said tat they requested to change hotel.
i only noe that it is haunted after staying for one nitez.

Last day, we took 高铁to taoyuan for airport.

ppl from our tour! they are good ppl!
when i'm feeling unwell, they provides medical oil for me...and there is one ngee ann pri sch de maths teacher..she noe how to message.
so she help me message...make me feel more comfortable :D
