I hope it's not too late to rant about winter 2014/2015 in Yonezawa.
It's been a great great winter I should say where snow accumulation for this year is bigger than last winter.
Series of snow storms and blizzards that happen every week. Or sometimes 4 or 5 times a week. In the news, they said in january, yonezawa has used almost 80% of the budget to clear off the snow. They need to increase the budget for snowi n february and march. Phewww!
