Track Meet

Gretchen had a track meet yesterday. Her knee was hurting so she didn't run the 800. She did run the 4x400. She had to make up alot of space. You can see where the girl is in front of her on the track. Gretchen made up most of the distance and looked great. Her knee was sore after. Hopefully she can get the silly knee healed.
I love her stride in the is picture. A couple of weeks ago Gretch and I noticed that another girl had a short stride. Gretch asked me if her's was short too. I guess I have evidence to confirm her long stride.
