Stick with it!

I am sorry i was sick Monday and baby has been sick for 2 days so i didn't have time for any diet plan posts. Stick with your 1400 - 1500 calorie diet. You can use recipes from the first 2 weeks or use the websites i've given to come up with your own! Don't give up because if you do i will too! Don't forget your exercises too!
