Day 304 - Scrabble tile magnets

Today I have a little factory going making scrabble tile magnets. I am making these as thankyou trinkets for people who came to a lunch to help celebrate my birthday last weekend.

I made 15 of these today! It made me smile too and it's ridiculously hot again. My blogs might be short too due to the slow and painful death of my computer. Oh to put it out of it's misery!

Day 214 - Scrabble Tile Pendant

Hello!

I'm going away for a couple of nights, but I am taking a little craft project to work on.

I made this scrabble tile pendant last night and this morning for a friend of mine who started her own photography business about a year ago. I saw something similar shop window for a ridiculous price, so of course I thought "I can make that!".

My camera is now broken and it was hard to get my phone to focus on this, so it's lucky it isn't me who shoots people for a living.

Day 92 - The 80's continues - Annie

We are about to head off for the drive to Melbourne to see Annie the musical.  http://anniethemusical.com.au/show.html. So excited! Since the original movie is from the eighties, and one of my all time favourites, I thought I had better make something to befit the occasion.

I have made some more scrabble tile pendants, by printing out some Annie related pictures and lyrics and using some 3D lacquer. I started them last night and finished them off this morning since they need a couple of hours to dry. There is one for Juliet and one for me.

While I was coming up with something to make I found this awesome vintage pattern for sale though. I'd love to make that! Annie and Sandy.

We've got a busy day ahead, but I'm really excited and I know the kids will love it too. YAY!!!

Day 70 - Scrabble tile and fabric pendants. Giveaway.

I have made it to day 70 of my challenge. It's been amazing so far and has really enabled me to try new things and expand my skills. Hooray!
