I just want to throw out my opinion on the last 2 movies I saw. We watched Hancock the other Saturday in Powerplant and Wanted last Sunday in Greenbelt 3. Hands down Wanted was the better movie. And I think James McAvoy is hot. I don't know this guy, it's the first time I've seen him in a movie but he has a great character and I'm loving him.
It's also the first time I watched a movie in G3 after 3 years. Powerplant I think has a bigger screen but G3 has better seats and much better popcorn. But we will still take Powerplant any day. It's only 5 minutes away from Anton :)
Speaking of hot men I discovered something on TV. Lipstick Jungle is on 2nd Avenue every Mondays 9pm. I stumbled on this show a couple of weeks ago and I usually don't bother with those kinds of shows since I can't watch it naman every single week but then I saw this young hot guy who is having an affair with the blonde woman. Then I was hooked. I don't even know the guy's name but he's so cutie. Sobra akong inspired baka magkaron na ng kapatid si Anton. Let's just say Neal also loves this show. Hahahaha!

OUR FIRST INVESTMENT
We went to BDO Makati earlier to sign the papers for our housing loan. This is our first loan and I want to call it our investment since we will be renting out the condo unit. I am so excited that at last we are 'almost' property owners. After paying the mortgage for 5 years, that is.
It was a good deal so I really wanted to grab the opportunity. After buying 3 used cars and countless car parts, rims and accessories for my hubby's enjoyment since we got together it's about time to buy something grown-up. Then after we pay for it maybe we'll buy another one, then another one. Hehe libre naman mangarap diba?
After the signing we ate lunch at my favorite New Bombay Resto. I am so busog I ate half a cup of rice and 2 naans with our chicken marsala and shrimp something. I forgot what it's called but it's a little sweet. I wish they'll open one here in the Ortigas area.
Now I'm back to work and will be going home hopefully by 5pm. It's turning out to be a pretty good day. Hope it's better tomorrow though. Cos it's Anton OT session. Wish us luck!

THE DINNER
Because of the bad traffic we ended up having dinner in Kikufuji in Little Tokyo, which is just walking distance from Neal's office. Of course we didn't walk but it saved us tons of time compared to going to Greenbelt. Neal's car is coding so just imagine the traffic we would have experienced going to the restaurant, then going back to Pasong Tamo to get his car.
Kikufuji is the farthest thing from being a romantic place but it serves good Japanese food which is our favorite cuisine as a couple (I like pizza and pasta, he doesn't. He likes Filipino, I wasn't in the mood that night for Filipino). We ordered kani salad, 2 types of maki, tempura and yakitori. They don't have dessert which is a must for me so I just settled for my fruit shake. I'll just have to make sure I buy a huge cake for myself on Mother's Day hahaha!
Dinner was served fast and with all the time we saved we had time for a massage. So we went to our fave spa in Lotus Spa in Sagittarius Building and pampered ourselves.
So that's how we celebrated our 3rd anniversary. For just over P2k we had a great dinner at may masahe pa. Not bad at all.

ANNIVERSARY DATE
Today is our 3rd wedding anniversary and as usual I have to think of a venue for our dinner tonight. Being the practical mom that I am now, I just want to have the dinner at Little Tokyo or Amici. But hubby wants to take me out on a romantic dinner. Hmmm kakatamad hahaha! Grabe I'm so unromantic na. Ang mahal kasi sa hotel buffets although pwede naman pero nagkukuripot ako. I'd rather have a massage for 4 consecutive days than have a P4-5k bill for a dinner. Or maybe I can check out Greenbelt 5 naman. Haven't been in those parts for years.
Do you guys have suggestions? Makati area please.
