Note: If you are a publisher, please contact Support to delete your personal data.

Once you submit the data erasure request, we will delete your personal data within 10 days. However, if you have placed an order with us within the last six months, your personal data will not be erased until the six-month period has passed. This policy is in place to account for any potential chargebacks or related issues that may arise. During this time, your request will remain in a pending state until the required time has passed.
