It feels so good to get them used up! Here is the layout of all the blocks so far....
There will be a total of 12 of them so it will make a good twin sized quilt. I really love this one and can't wait to see the finished project.
There is still plenty of time to come link up your leader/ender progress this month. Just click here and share!
Today I'll be linking up to WIP Wednesday at Freshly Pieced, and Let's Bee Social at Sew Fresh Quilts. On Thursday, I'm linking up with My Quilt Infatuation for NTT.
I love seeing your progress on this quilt; the aqua / turquoise background is so fantastic!
ReplyDeleteI love your blocks set on aqua! I have started to buy aquas whenever I find them in order to use them just this way. Thank you for sharing!
ReplyDeleteSo . . . I keep seeing this circle log cabin. Is there a secret? pattern? all I've noticed is that the circle side uses fat strips, and the outer strip is a thin. Is that the trick?
ReplyDeleteWow, that looks so pretty. I think it was brilliant to use just that shade of blue for your other side on all the blocks.
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful quilt! I love all the great color... that aqua background is an inspired choice!
ReplyDeleteWell you have certainly turned 12 year old fabric into something very beautiful!
