For example, the statement cout << strtest; causes the string stored in the strtest array to be displayed. Using this statement requires having the end-of-string marker, \0, as the last character in the array.

d. Repeat Exercise 5a, using a while loop. (Hint: Stop the loop when the \0 escape sequence is detected. The expression while ( s t r t e s t [ i ]   ! =   ' \ 0 ' )   c a n   b e   u s e d . )
