Solution:

The text can be made bold from the font option and to underline only the character P follow the steps below:

Right-click on the button and click on Properties.

In Properties, click on Text and modify the text to “&PUSH�. This will underline the character P.

Then, click on the small plus icon in front of Font option, another menu appears.

In the options, click on Bold and True to make the text bold.
