How automated is the project management process there at Amazon?
I've learned that when organizations are heavily engaged with project management that most of the projects processes are plug and play (so to speak), while only having to make adjustments to the templates based on the specific project happening at the time for the project manager. Do you find this being an accurate assessment? Or is it just as difficult to manage even when the organization has various templates in place?
