Tegan and Sara Release 'The Con X: Covers' Album (ft. Hayley Williams, CHVRCHES, PVRIS)

To commemorate the tenth anniversary of their fifth studio album The Con, Tegan and Sara have released their highly-anticipated, The Con X: Covers album.

The album features contributions from Hayley Williams, CHVRCHES, PVRIS and Grimes.

Tegan and Sara To Release 'The Con' Covers Album

To commemorate the tenth anniversary of their fifth studio album The Con, Tegan and Sara have announced plans to release a tribute album, The Con X: Covers.

The album will feature 14 different artists covering each of the album’s tracks. Though a full list of participating musicians is still forthcoming, The Con X: Covers is scheduled to drop on October 13th via Warner Bros.

Net proceeds from sales of the album will go to The Tegan and Sara Foundation to help support their work with LGBTQ girls and women.

Tegan and Sara Announce 'The Con' 10-Year Anniversary Tour

Tegan and Sara have announced they are marking the 10th anniversary of the release of their fifth studio album, The Con, with a special North American tour.

The duo will perform acoustic and intimate arrangements of all 14 of the album’s songs, followed by a selection of fan favorites.

A portion of tour proceeds will benefit the Tegan and Sara Foundation, which fights for economic justice, health and representation of LGBTQ girls and women.

Tegan and Sara Announce 'Love You To Death' World Tour

Tegan & Sara have announced details of world tour in support of their upcoming eighth album Love You to Death, that drops June 3rd.

In honor of their partnership with charity organization Plus One, Tegan And Sara will donate $1.00 from every ticket sold on the North American leg of their tour to organizations devoted to addressing some of the world’s biggest challenges, per a press release.

Carly Rae Jepsen has been writing new music Tegan & Sara! But if you’re thinking this is the first time the pair have linked up on record, you’d be mistaken! Sara co-wrote “Sweetie,” the deluxe edition track from Carly’s sugary-sweet 2012 record, Kiss.

Tegan and Sara and The Lonely Island have been confirmed to perform their Oscar-nominated song from The Lego Movie, "Everything Is Awesome" at the 87th Oscars.

"Tegan and Sara and Lonely Island?.....Everything Is Awesome, indeed. This is certainly an 'Only on the Oscars' moment," said show producers Zadan and Meron when announcing the news earlier today.

Tegan and Sara Stream Unreleased B-Side Demo "When I Get Up" from 'So Jealous X'

Tegan and Sara have shared a previously unreleased b-side demo titled "When I Get Up" - a song the duo played live for years but now, Tegan’s sparse, home-recorded track is finally seeing the light of day.

The demo is one of the unheard demos that appears on So Jealous X - Tegan and Sara's deluxe edition of their 2004 album So Jealous that drops on December 23rd, that includes a hardcover book of never-before-seen photos and reflections as well as a bonus disc of remixes and covers.

Tegan and Sara Launch Pre-Orders for 'So Jealous X'

Tegan and Sara will release a very special 10th Anniversary edition of their breakthrough album So Jealous, entitled So Jealous X, on December 23rd on Warner Bros. Records and can be pre-ordered here.

So Jealous X comes with a 110-page hardcover book that looks back at the album through photos and written recollections from Tegan and Sara, their band members and crew, and industry colleagues. It features essays, original journal entries from the time period, never-before-seen photos, a catalogue of merchandise, and tour posters and laminates in addition to the music. The three discs feature the original So Jealous album and a 22-track bonus audio CD that includes five new electronic remixes, three cover songs from artists Tegan and Sara love, plus five B-sides and nine demos from that time period. It also includes a DVD of a live concert and other tour documentaries that Tegan and Sara released in 2006 called "It's Not Fun, Don't Do it!"

ATP! Live Review: Tegan & Sara - Paramount Theatre Seattle, WA (11/11/2014)

As the year comes to a close, so does another era of Tegan and Sara's catalog: Heartthrob. As lovers and gawkers pack the street outside Seattle's Paramount Theater last night the excitement only grew more tense.

Tegan and Sara brought along two of their most talked about openers on the tour. The Courtneys gave off some Joan Jett/Best Coast realness while Waters served a massive dance party and unavoidable sing-a-longs. It's always refreshing to be surprised by an opener potential and talent.

Tegan and Sara Win Three Juno Awards

Tegan and Sara scooped three awards at the 2014 Juno Awards this past weekend.

The Canadian indie/pop duo's seventh studio album, and commercial breakthrough Heartthrob, earned them their first three Juno Awards - Pop Album of The Year, Single of the Year ("Closer") and Group of the Year versus fellow artists such as Robin Thicke, Arcade Fire, Michael Bublé, and more.

ATP! Live Review: PARAHOY! - Paramore Cruise (March 7th-10th, 2014)

Ahhhh! So Parahoy! was the most amazing experience ever. End of story, end of review.

No, but seriously, when I say that it's the best thing I have ever done, and probably will ever do, that's no exaggeration. At this point, I don't even think the birth of my first child could top it (sorry, future kids!). I will admit, I've never been one for a first-person account, but part of what made Parahoy! so truly special was the way everyone was invited to weave their own individual story on board. What was simply astounding - and potentially unrivalled - was the level of togetherness it provided. For us, as fans, for me, as a writer, and of course, for the bands. There is literally no other experience for music fans on Earth of the magnitude that the hosts, Sixthman, provide, and in all honesty it felt incredibly surreal throughout. For that reason, in order to do its personal elements justice, I needed to introduce this epic adventure (that I never wanted to end!) by speaking from the heart.

With the trip being so long and incorporating so many performances from the 6 bands, the DJs and the comedians, here are the highlights!
