Shanghai Duolun Chemical Co., Ltd. , transformed from the Oil Room of Shanghai Petrochemical Research Institute, is a high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, production, operation and service, and is also one of the earliest enterprises engaged in the research and production of fiber oil in China.
