The Big Bang Theory Patterns!

A while back I made most of the characters from The Big Bang Theory but I never got a chance to finish the entire set, so I decided to make them all again in mini form!! I was inspired by some of my childhood toys for this set...the little Fisher Price people that are all the same size just decorated differently. Sort of like the super cute Funko Pop Dolls too. So basically all of the dolls are created the same way and they are the same size you just decorate them differently, excluding the Ladies who are all wearing skirts so those patterns are a bit different.

So for this pattern set I will run through the entire Sheldon Cooper pattern first. Then even though the other cast members are quite similar I have typed up all of the patterns because there are differences. This will also make it easier if you just want to work on a specific character, then you won't have to bounce back and forth comparing patterns.

Hair
For Bernie's hair take really long pieces of yellow yarn and embroider on the bangs. And to create Bernie's waves you insert your hook into any stitch where you want there to be hair, pull up loop of yellow yarn and make as many chains as you need to create the length of wave you want, turn, and hdc back up the chain. Repeat this process for where ever you would like waves. And to avoid getting too many waves you can single crochet in the stitches where you do not want waves.

Another way to create big waves is to make a string of chains long enough to fit across the head where you want the hair to be, turn, hdc across, then turn and ch the amount you need to create the length of wave that you want, turn, and hdc back up the chains and repeat this across the piece, then fo. Repeat this process making strings of waves and then when you have enough you sew them in place on your dolls head, layering one over top of the other.

Assembly
Sew the soles onto your feet. Stuff the legs and arms and sew them onto your doll. Sew on your nose and ears. Then embroider on a mouth. You can also use felt as teeth and embroider around the felt.
