Session 7 Project Life App

The two arrows on the bottom left.

The one on the left when you touch it undo's the last step you did

The one on the right when you touch it puts the last step back on. E.g. You press the left three times it will take you back the last three steps you did, then press the right once it adds on step back on.

A really simple thing, but great to use when your trying different ideas.

Now back to here again

And touch the bottom left hand oblong

Now touch the little note pad square 

This is how it should look now.

Next touch the arrow next to the name of your kit and it will show you all the cards for that kit.

Now touch the cross on the right top and your back here.

Session 6 on using the Project Life App

Back to where we were

Now tap on right top and let's add another card 

Now tap on the card 

Nowlets look at the icons we have 

Now when we touch the colour wheel we get the choice of the colours in the kit we choose the card from. We can journal in any of these colours and it will coordinate with our kit.

The next icon give us our font choice, we just select which one we want to use and where it says more, just touch that and you can purchase some more.

The next icon is for the size of our textput your finger on the slider and make it bigger or smaller

Next icon is for line spacing, how much space you want between each line in your journalling

The next icon is your vertical offset, try it, I think hardly anyone uses this! It moves your journaling 

Next icon, is for how you want your text laid out, centralised, to the left, to the right 

So it will look like this

Or this etc 

Well I hope that gives you a few idea with your journaling !

Session 5 using the App

Today I thought I would show how to use the overlays on the cards.

Here is where we left off last time 

Now to change a card, touch on the smaller 3x4 card and it will then look like this 

Then touch on the note pad   Card icon and it will look like this 

Then touch on the card you want to replace it with and it will look like this 

Now touch on the card again and it will look like this 

Then touch on the card / notebook icon 

Now touch on the card kit name mine is hello December 2015 edition and you go back to your kits 

Now touch on a overlay kit, if you haven't got one, some are free make sure you buy them, but there is no cost. Others you pay for.

Then touch on the overlay you want to use, and it puts the overlay on top of your card.

Now press the x at the top right, then your little magnifying glass bottom right and your back

You now have a card with an overlay on.

You can overlay onto any cards or photos you want to.

Session 4 on using the App

Well you are at the point you have a card choosen

Now you need to remember  that there are a selection of different cards in the different shape spaces on your layouts. 

It might be that you want to do a certain layout but you also want a certain card, but it's not available in the layout shape you want. Well you can do a few tricks to get any card into any layout...... I will show you how.

Touch on a different layout design like I have below, this allows for the smaller 3x4 portrait versions in the cards, and changes the card you had portrait to landscape.

Now touch on the portrait smaller card and you will get this

Touch on your note card icon and a whole new selection of cards appear like this, choose one.

 

Then touch on the cross top right and it will look like this, then touch on the little magnifying symbol at the bottom right 

Once you have done that it will look like this 

Now touch the design layouts icon at the top right and you will get this 

All you have to do it put your finger on the card you want to move and pull it into place.

So it will look like this. Now you have used a card that was for the smaller pockets in a larger pocket, knowing this trick allows you to use almost all your cards wherever you want in your layouts !

Now the next clever thing is if you tap on the card with your finger the little box and pen sign appear

Tap on the pen sign and you will get this 

Now touch the colour wheel and you get this 

Now touch the colour you want to write in 

It will look like this and the touch the arrow at the end on the left 

And it will come back to this 

Now touch the A and it will bring up the slide bar for your font size, put your finger on the dot and move it along till you get the size you require. Then go back using the arrow on the left again

You will be here again then. Now this time touch the letter F next to the colour wheel, 

This brings up your font choices, just touch the style you want. 

Also you can purchase more by touching the word more, which comes up like this! 

Just press the x to come back, to where you were

All choosen then just press the x in turquoise on the right 

And your back to your card

Now just type in whatever you want, like I have done here 

Then press The turquoise cross and it will look like this

Then press the magnifying icon and you back here!
