Footage showing police officers breaking down a door in Manchester was captured in April 2009 during an investigation into a suspected terror plot in the north-west of England.
Police searched 10 properties across Liverpool and Manchester after security services believed a group of 11 men were planning to attack within days.
Ten of them were from Pakistan, who were all either close friends or loosely known to each other.
